This is great - it helps with the New Years Challenge. My challenge for the next 21 days:
1) Eat within Fast 5 window everyday 11a-4pm (Level 2, 1 pause day allowed) Day 0, 10/4
2) Drink at least 2L of water daily (Level 2, 2 pause days allowed) Day 0, 10/4
Ugh failed day one already on both my challenges. Starting again tomorrow:

Here's a deal, if I do not succeed tomorrow I will have to upload a pic of myself online (i'm a huge introvert and hate taking pics!). I can't post pics here yet I don't think as I'm too new but I'll post it somewhere public like flickr. This will definitely keep me motivated to succeed: fear!
