JazzyPeggy: Way to go on the water! I actually need to be drinking some more of it.
KayakGal & JazzyPeggy, thank you! I'm starting this challenge again today for the next 21 days so I shall update day one later on with my new challenges.
jess, I definitely think you should give it a shot! Helps you keep on the straight line for a couple of weeks. And with topics like this, it's like a little reward to myself to be able to come back each evening and say I actually did stick to my challenges and it gives you motivation to keep on going. I recommend it! And you do have your pause days (up to 3, depending on the level) so you can use them if you need too of course. Give it a go! We are all here to support each other along the way. If you slip up, that's fine. You keep on going. I had a no junk food challenge and slipped up twice but just kept on going.

So, I have once again decided to give this challenge another go with some new challenges for myself.
My challenges are as follows:
- Exercise as planned, 40 – 60 minutes a day. (Level 1, 1 pause remaining)
- No fried foods or fast food. (Level 2, 2 pauses remaining)
I think I will keep an exercise challenge for myself and have thought about some new challenges. I don’t eat a lot of fried foods. The most I would have would be chips cooked in oil maybe once every two or even three weeks. So I’m going to go the 21 days without any fried foods. Fast food might provide some difficulty. I’ve only had it a hand full of times in the past couple of months but I know now if I’m challenging myself to stay away from it, I will want it more and more.
Day 1, 13/08: Exercise 95 minutes, No fried/fast food.

Day 14, 08/13: Made breakfast and lunch. No fast food. No eating after 9.
Day 15, 08/14: Made breakfast and lunch. No fast food. No eating after 9.
The last two days, I went to a sit-down restaurant for dinner and that will probably be the last time I eat out for meals for a looooong while since my boyfriend just left today to go to school up north. Hopefully school coming up in a week and a half won't tempt me to go through a drive-through for any of my meals.
My challenges are as follows:
- Exercise as planned, 40 – 60 minutes a day. (Level 1, 1 pause remaining)
- No fried foods or fast food. (Level 2, 2 pauses remaining)
Day 1, 13/08: Exercise 95 minutes, No fried/fast food.
Day 2, 14/08: Exercise 95 minutes, No fried/fast food.
Ladybug and Dreamer You both are doing great. Ladybug I thought about swearing off fast food for even a week. I still may challenge myself to do it. But for now the challenges I am working on.

JazzyPeggy: Fast food is so addicting for me. If I start, I begin craving it constantly. I'll probably add it back on to my next challenge too because it would be so easy for me to quite if I didn't have this thread to be accountable to. lol.
Dreamer: I may try no fried food too for my next 21 days.
My challenges are as follows:
- Exercise as planned, 40 – 60 minutes a day. (Level 1, 1 pause remaining)

You should give it a go, Ladybug. It has been OK so far avoiding these foods but I know come the weekend when my mum cooks a fry up her herself and my younger brother I will want something! But, not to give into temptation.
My friend mentioned she was going to McDonalds today and I was like "Awww, I sooo wanna go!" Meanie mentioning that in front of me.

Saramommy, I can't even stop eating by eleven. Eight would be impossible for me.
