I've really been struggling this year. Having trouble balancing work, side work, family and myself. I feel like I just keep getting bigger!!! But.. I know what to do.. I just need to stop letting being busy get in the way of getting healthy. I have lost 100 pounds before.. I can do it again.. AND keep it off!!
My 21 day challenge goals are:
1)Do NOT eat after dinner
2)Exercise 6 days a week
3)stay under 2000 calories
I will be starting this tomorrow
