I had to make myself log my food on MFP tonight. I was too lazy to do it, but I did it.

I started drinking water this morning but didn't get much down.

Drink at least 24 oz. water. Day 0 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaining
Log all my calories on MY Fitness Pal. Day 2 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaining)
Exercise 5X this week. Day 0 done New Week

I've really been struggling this year. Having trouble balancing work, side work, family and myself. I feel like I just keep getting bigger!!! But.. I know what to do.. I just need to stop letting being busy get in the way of getting healthy. I have lost 100 pounds before.. I can do it again.. AND keep it off!!

My 21 day challenge goals are:

1)Do NOT eat after dinner
2)Exercise 6 days a week
3)stay under 2000 calories

I will be starting this tomorrow
