Did you say you'd use pause days? You could say that it was one of your pauses. Otherwise, you should go back to the start. BUT, don't think of it as a bad thing. Starting over and trying again to do this challenge is what makes it fun.

Seems like I have been so busy since last Friday so I have fallen off the wagon as far as my goals. Eating not too terrible bad, thankfully.
