I was shocked at my weight being so high on Monday, but then had my visitor this morning. My ah! moment. A little ahead of schedule, but if that's the only reason my weight is up I will be happy. I was a little off track this weekend, but back on it this week.

Buzzy, glad I could give you the words of encouragement you needed. I say them to myself after every weekend. lol. I don't know why I find it so hard to stay on plan on the weekends. My husband is going to be gone this weekend, so I should be much better. No going out to eat.

It's sounding like as a group we've been very successful so congrats to everyone.

Its starting to warm back up here, but its going to rain the rest of the week. I've been spending time in the backyard; weeding, straightening and planting. I finally got my beans planted! Today, I went with two Bible study ladies to set up for tomorrows luncheon, then Thursday we have another luncheon. Then its over for the summer! but we already have the start dates for next year.

TOM is finally over (I think) and I'm back down to my ticker weight. I was all the way back up to 198 for a couple days and seeing that freaked me out a bit, I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to make my goal for this month, but I'm going to try my hardest for the next five days to get as close as possible.

Hubby had to fly to Atlanta today for work, hopefully he will get back tonight. We had the first luncheon today which was nice. One of our ladies had a knee replaced late March, I didn't know about it ahead of time, but I started knitting her a prayer shawl off and on {should have been more on!}; I heard someone say she's coming to our luncheon tomorrow so I'm trying to finish the shawl so I can give it to her.

Hope you are all having good days, ladies!

Today I went to the gym in the morning (following 3 weeks of very little actiivty due to tendinitis and sickness). Also, for the first time in a very long while I used extra weight on my legs to work out...I could barely walk by the end of the class, hehe :3 I am all achy but I feel really well

Looking at old forum posts, I realised that my goal weight for this challenge is the weight I had when I started studying for my degree. So, if I make it to goal, I will have finally lost the weight I put it while studying! \o/ So looking forward to that

My calories were right where they should be. Actually a bit below. Not much exercise though. Why can't I have a day were everything is right?

You did not go out of your diet, and that is always a good thing to look at

Today was a good day for me. Looking at the mirror was actually a nice thing. It was the first time in several years where I looked at myself and said "wow, I look so small!" (and I am still very far away from goal). I found myself thinking I looked really cute. Also, my jeans are much looser now. But best of all was my boyfriend telling me he is proud of me :3 He is very supportive and he had told me before that he was happy about my progress, but this is the first time he says he is proud

Hubby made it back! He has a history of getting stuck away from home, so whenever he leaves its a big joke that he'll make it back that week!

Today is our last day of Bible study but its the Luncheon day. Mom and I were asked to come early to help set up so I didn't even get to sleep late! I did finish the shawl!

Its warmed back up here but its still supposed to rain the rest of the week. The plants will be happy anyway.

Penguin, good job buckling down & getting that shawl done. I'm sure it will make someone's day.

Teacher, glad to hear you're being positive about what you've achieved & I love it that your boyfriend is being so supportive. My hubby is also very supportive, but I've read a couple of posts on this forum where it seems that the significant other is trying to sabotage the poster. That is so horrible. Glad you feel well enough to work out as well.

Melissa, they will come. I've had a lot of days like that too. And then when I have a couple of good days I go and ruin it over the weekend. LOL

Crazygurl, awesome! It's nice to see all that hard work payoff isn't it?

As far as me, I'm down a pound from yesterday, but still up a little bit from last week's weigh in. Darn TOM! But I'm hoping next week's will be way better.

Did well today. Only walked one mile due to rain but ate well. Tomorrow is the start of the weekend and that is never a good eating time for me. Gonna try real hard to stay on plan ALL weekend.
