Hey ladies, I love that this thread is so active. Like Kandd416 said, they tend to peter out after a while, so lets keep this going strong.

I was up almost 5lbs last week from stuffing my pie hole over easter and was feeling really low. I came up with a new plan that I thought I would try and it is working wonders.

Usually I calorie count and do IF like once a week, but now I am doing my calorie counting (1200) alongside fast 5. (I eat all my calories within 5 hours of the day) and in 5 days I have dropped 7lbs!!!! I am not that big, so that is MASSIVE for me. My goal over the weekend is to maintain so my Monday weigh in...haha.

I am sure it was some water weight, but I also have a marathon next weekend, so I am exercising more than usual. This is going so well, that I am going to continue doing it next week!

Im getting closer to my goal, but I started meds for IVF 2 days ago, and last time I gained 20lbs over the 2 rounds and 3 months of hormones. This time I am going to stay in control and on plan and hope I get preggers!! Yay.

Congrats to all the ladies that are kickin butt this week!

My parents came over for dinner this evening. I made veggie lasagna which I've never made before, but I used my regular recipe just omitted the meat. I didn't use pasta noodles but used slices of roasted butternut squash which was very good. I saw Anne Burrell do this one her cooking show once but she didn't put the recipe/method up on the website so I guessed a little but it worked out well. I cut slices, roasted them on sheetpans then layered them into the lasagna. Worked great!

We finished painting the foundation but Hubby is painting the front porch, but we may have to go back for more paint to finish the back. Joy! More painting. He rolls while I 'cut in' afterwards.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Totally exhausted right now. Haven't weighed in for about 5 days. Had 2 good and 3 not so good. Worked out 4, which is really good for me. I have another migraine because I haven't been sleeping due to grad school projects due soon. Looking forward to the summer (I work in an elementary school) when I have vacation and only 1 grad class. Will be weighing in tomorrow. Wish me luck!

I have had a few 2 or 3 days where I have been extra busy, and with an empty fridge, which meant I ended up overeating (although I am happy it's still not even near to my old eating standards, as I actually overate on healthy stuff). Also, PMS is here, so it turns out I have put on 1.7 kilos, boo

To top it all, I have tendinitis in my right wrist, which means exercise is being made hard

On better news, I finally got the book for my diet, and I have started doing it properly today. I feel really full!

Bit anxious about tomorrow, since I am going to Paul McCartney's concert and I will be at the venue four hours before the concert starts, and people are not allowed to take food (only buying food inside the venue, which will be very unhealthy). If I eat like I should, I am not going to be hungry...

Hi all

I know I'm a bit late, but I would love to join this challenge. I only joined the site today, hence being a latecomer.

My doctor wants me back for a weigh in in early July, so this suits me perfectly. I also have a good friend who is from the USA and she has a 4 July party, so I'd love to be down a few kilos for that this year.

My starting weight is 109 kg (about 241 pounds). I would love to be down to 2 digits by then - even 99.9kg would be great. So that's 10 kg (22 pounds).

I will weigh on Mondays.

Start weight 14/4 - 109.3 kg
23/4 - 109.3kg - disappointing for my first week :-(

21/5-

Hubby and I are still on our 'get stuff done around the house' extended weekend! So after church we are going shopping for more supplies! {and some fun stuff, too!}

I just exercised for pretty much the first time in two years. I'm tired but it feels SO GOOD not to have that guilty feeling because I know I shuld be exercising but I'm not. I can now sit and watch a bit of tv and not feel guilty. This is the feeling that I need to remember.

I hope you're all doing well on your 4 July journey.

patchworkpenguin~ Hey! How are you? I disappeared when my health took a sudden drop, but I'm back now!!!

I am so tired right now, which means my day will be challenging... I always get more cravings when I'm tired then when I'm wide awake...
Have a great day everyone!!!

I thought I was going to take a break this week, but I guess not. I've lost all the water weight and I dropped more today. Now the plan is to lose as much as I can before TOM arrives with it's bloating.
