Everyone is doing so well! Keep up the great work everyone.

Even a little loss is still a step closer to goal weight.

July 4th will be here just before we know it!

As a teacher, summer is a time when I REALLY go off track because I am not really working so I tend to sit around a lot. I am hoping this year will be different because I want that 125 for July 4th! 13 lbs to go!!!

Another 2 weeks and I can hit it hard again (o: I have been totally gobsmacked that my weightloss has maintained so well. On the other hand I have stayed off the bad snacks, sweets, and pop, so I'm sure that is helping. I love doing agility. It really creates a team between a handler and a dog. I have 2 dogs currently. Punkin is a little 14.5lb All-American. There is no telling what breeds she might have come from. She is my agility partner. RiverTank is a 100lb Akita mix. He came into rescue before he was born, and him and his family came to my house when they were 2 weeks old. His 2 sisters, brother, and mom went on to forever homes, and he became my foster failure (o: He is really too big for agility so we are working on teaching him carting.

Well I walked and did my exercise Dvd yesterday and my legs r really feeling it today. A little soarness only makes the success of weightloss sweeter right? I am gonna take it easier today and only do one of them. I am really looking forward to weighing in on Monday. I want to jump on the scale every time I walk past it. I have never felt like that before.

Thank you

I am actually very happy that my tiny weight loss (well, tiny just comparing the numbers, but it was really a few pounds), still leaves me at my thinnest point since I was 19/20 years old

It's the same to me, actually! It's probably because we get to move and get tired so much during the year, that in summer we just don't want to do anything!

Although this summer (December-March for me), I plan to keep in movement a lot, since my boyfriend is coming from Scotland for 3 months and we will be just two blocks away from the beach :3

Morning all. It looks like the 170's are sticking. Yay! It seems like a huge loss, but I knew the 182.6 was pretty high meaning a lot of water. But I don't care! I'm in the 170's officially finally! Woohoo!

4/11: 182.6
4/16: 179.6
Goal 170

Fiyah, you have done excellent at maintaining. You must be so proud of yourself! And looking forward to starting again. lol. Your dogs are adorable. I have a 16 year old sheltie that would have been perfect for agility, but well she's 16 now. Although she does still think she's a pup & tries to run around like it for all of 5 minutes. Rescue dogs rock! They've been some of the best dogs I've ever had.

Buzzy, you're so right. I try to keep that in mind the weeks that I have tiny little losses. That's exactly the kind of mindset you need to keep going when it's rough.

Let's keep stepping toward our goals!

TOM is due today, so I am chalking this week's number up to that and hoping for the best once it's over. I swear I only get two decent weight loss weeks a month. It's so frustrating.

I did Leslie's 3 Fast Miles yesterday. trying to get back on track. Afterwards I got a huge cramp in my arch, which made walking the rest of the night weird. That will teach me to skip workouts!

Weigh was Wed I was a few lbs up from my stats. Not happy about that, , so I need to re-evaluate what I'm doing and make adjustments.

Hey y'all! I blew my Easter mini-goal, so I am going to join the 4th of July challenge. I'm going to go with GettinFit on this and plan to be in Onederland by the 4th. That's 15 pounds from now, as I actually gained 2 over the Easter Break. I would love to be down more than that in 3 whole months, but I'm going to stick with my Onederland goal so I don't get dissapointed if I don't lose more than that 16 lbs.

Good luck to everyone!

4/19: 216 -- I have been wanting to start the C25K but I am dealing with a nasty heel spur. I don't know if it's safe/smart/possible to run with an inflamed heel spur. But I'm still doing my videos, yoga, body ball workouts 2-3 times a day. I can feel/see a difference in my stomach after just a week of working with my new body ball. I'm very excited about that.

Great job to everyone! And good luck!

Hey, everyone. This challenge looks like a fantastic way to get motivated to shed some pounds. I would love to join you in your quest for happy, healthy bodies My goal is the 140s by July 4th. It would make me very, very close to my goal weight, and after a long two years of struggling to lose weight, that will be like heaven to me.
SW: 169.5
GW: 149.5 (or lower)

Good luck, ya'll! I hope you have fantastic losses this weekend. I myself will be going on a camping trip where I have absolutely no control over food, so I'm hoping to control my portion sizes and take lots and lots of calorie-burning hikes.

Hi everyone. Stayed on plan so far today. Haven't had a chance to exercise yet as I have been running around all day. Headed to a booster meeting in a bit so hopefully I will fit in a video before bed. Hope everyone is having a great day.

It sounds like most of us are doing a great job of staying on plan & for those of you who haven't, just start over. We can do this, you just have to keep trying. We all have slipped a time or two, we just need to get up, dust ourselves off & get back on that horse.

Brittanie, great job on being cigarette free. I've been 100% smoke free all of 2012. Although I say I quit on October 5, 2011, I did cheat a couple of times, the last being NYE. I think this is my 5th attempt to quit smoking & by far my most successful. And every other time I quit, I put on weight, but I was so determined not to this time. Look at me, I've quit smoking & lost over 12 pounds so far. Yay me!

Have a wonderful weekend all.

Kim and Brittanie - Good for you being smoke free. I promise you it does get easier. I quite some 12 years ago. Best decision I ever made.

I had a decent loss this week. 1.8 lbs. I've really upped my workouts too. Yesterday my running club talked me into a road race in May, just 2 weeks after the obstacle 5K. I'm hoping I can get a decent baseline for my time there.

Then we are going to find another race or two over the summer, so we don't all wuss out before the next obstacle 5k in September.

Hope everyone is having a great day.
