Drop some of the carbs, and you'll lose. And stick to the challenges for a couple of years...then maintenance.
That is my long term plan.
This excess weight is not good for any of us here. It just has to go.
And we all have to make up our minds not to pile it back on.
I resisted and didn't buy any candy over Easter so that will help me a lot.
I have to stay completely away from snacks and desserts.
And I am still counting calories... Probably will forever.
I hope to lose 12 pounds by the Fourth.
This is such a slooow process.
