Jillian is still kicking my butt, but it is getting easier. I am doing more pushups every time too. I don't know if I should stick with week one a few extra days or move on to week two. I'm scared. I hated how sore I was and I am not looking forward to being sore all over again with week two.
Yes, Sandy where are you? I hope everything is going better for you & much needed hugs being sent your way.

A little up this morning, but I think it's just preTOM water retention. I was actually up to 179 on Monday, and I have been peeing like a racehorse last night & today. I'm not going to worry about it too much because I've pretty much been OP. So I'm just going to hope for big numbers on the scale next week.
It's been forever since I checked in! I've been so busy with work, grad school, and my 3 kids activities that I totally forgot to come on the site! I've only lost 1 lb so far, but it's a loss. Better than gaining I guess. So looking forward to summer break (I'm a teacher, so I get July and August off except for a few meetings for planning for next year).
Finally tried acupuncture for my migraines. It really seems to be working. I haven't had a migraine in 2 weeks, and for me, who usually gets 3-4 a week, that's huge. Hopefully it continues to work and I haven't jinxed myself!
Great job to all who have lost during this challenge...keep up the good work!
Lost 2 more pounds. Finally. Took the day off from ripped in 30 yesterday and just walked for my exercise. Today I w as totally gonna skip my workout because I was tired but decided to do it at 930 pm. I said if I skip it with out any reason tonight ill keep skipping it.
Got to my first goal today, yay! Of course, my body is evil and just got it very much on the minimum
I haven't seen the scale going to a two digits number in 5 years.
Edit: I went out for lunch with my best friend today (we haven't seen each other in 3 months!), and we went to a nice restaurant owned by the parents of a former classmate (so we had a nice chat with our classmate, too). I had a nice steak (only with salt; we don't use BBQ sauce for our meat here, since it's all free range and very tasty), with a side of lettuce and tomato (no oil or any dressing). To drink I had a bottle of mineral water and no dessert (I had had pineapple before leaving for the restaurant, as I didn't want to miss one of my fruit portions). After that, we walked to the shopping centre (about half a mile). All in all, nice day
Hi Everyone.......I haven't posted lately but things are going well. As some of you know I was hospitalized last month and since being released the Dr. wanted me to maintain my weight for a while to build strength back up. Got clearnce to continue on my weight loss journey and I have started to lose again .
One of my personal goals has been to buy a pair of jeans. Well I recently while shopping I decided to try on a pair. I grabbed a size 28 (my starting size was 32-34). The 28 was too big - I thought I would try a 24 and see if I could fit it them - still lose on me. I was able to fit into and buy a pair of size 22 jeans!!!!! First pair of jeans I have bought since 1991 .
So I am 9 lbs away from goal for this challenge and hope to make it!
What a gorgeous weekend it was here in Michigan. Sunny & mid 80's with a nice breeze. I spent the weekend outside as much as possible & managed to get a little too much sun. I'm a little pink today, but it will fade in a day or two.
Congrats to everyone above on their weightloss. Those are some pretty impressive numbers I'm seeing there. I wish mine were that impressive. Sigh. It's going down, just very slowly. Which sometimes gets a little discouraging, but then I realize I'm honestly not working at it as hard as a lot of you ladies are. You deserve these big numbers because you've worked so hard for them, so congratulations.
Hope you all have a great day & I'll check in later in the week.

I had a bit of a fattier lunch than usual, because the place where I bought my lunch has a terrible food section (I needed to go to get money out of the atm outside it). Got a small piece of courgette lasagna (wheat free, with cheese, ham, onion, pepper and cream...the last ingredient was unexpected T_T and a thin slice of stuffed chicken). But I am not going to overworry about that, and I will just consider this my "off plan" day and tomorrow I will burn the calories in the gym :3 (not that I plan to eat bad on the rest of the day :P)
