Teacher: Great job... and with TOM?!? that deserves a couple of extra HUZZAH's (o: Hip hip huzzah, hip hip huzzah!
Bethann: We all start with day 1... heck sometimes I think every day is day 1... lol. I think that it is great that you are getting to the point that you can objectively identify your weaknesses, make plans on how to avoid them, and most importantly implement said plans! Keep up the good work!
Meka: That is awesome!
Crazygurl: I hate those up weigh-ins, but overall you are going down. Stick with your program cause it seems to be working for you!
Dcapulet: Every day, make a plan for how you are going to stick to your program after you wake up in the morning. Be realistic. Give yourself some leeway. And jump into it with both feet! You CAN do this!
Miatutu: Understand that, I know I have tied a knot in the end of my rope more than a few times in my life. Hoping you were able to hang in there and get resupplied yesterday (o:

Kandd: 2.2

looks like you have found a good groove, so keep it up! Thanks for always being there to encourage others. It really does tell a lot about your spirit!

Here's to everyone having an awesome week!
