W2D1 never happened. I spent all afternoon and evening throwing up. Turns out my tomato juice was expired. Who'd a thunk it.
I'm going to repeat W1 and do W2 next week.

In better news, I realize my breathing (while running) has improved tons! Yippee!
It was a fantastic run (despite the 91% humidity). 

. Week 6 Day 1 tomorrow looks like this week actually starts out somewhat easier.
