@Jeanies - I think we all looked at W5D3 and said, "What the crap? 20 minutes? Are you kidding?!?"

I've found, though, that running without intervals is actually easier. It has something to do with the lactic acid building up in your legs when you slow down, and that causes fatigue and pain (or something like that). You can do it...you really can!

Hal Higdon's 5K plan after C25K. It looks like a good transition from C25K and someone I know who ran the Boston Marathon recommended his programs.
