Changed up my meal plan a bit, if I had to look at salad or protein shake one more time I was going to murder someone.

Today:
Breakfast (300) - Weetabix Cereal, Milk, Banana
Lunch (350) - Ham sandwich (bread, ham, mustard, green pepper)
Snack (100) - Banana (a little something to hold me over until soup was finished)
Dinner (500) - Soup (Creamy Chicken and Rice)
Snack (100) - TBA - Probably a yogurt cup and a glass of tea

Total: 1350

I've also been drinking lots of tea lately with lemon and a little sugar. Not great but a big change from all the pop I used to drink.

These are a little on the high side but I am going gradually so my body has time to adjust. I seem to have lost my list for the last 2 days but they were:

(9/24) 1875
(9/25) 1610
(9/26) 1750

Not too bad. I am helping a friend move today so I won't know a calorie count for the food they are serving or if we'll be ordering out but I am gonna pack my own snacks so I have to guesstimate only once today.

Happy Sunday all!

Went to the fair yesterday and it was not good at all. In trying to save up calories I think I let myself get too hungry. Oh well, I'm back OP today, but I'm a little worried for my WI Wednesday as that was the second high calorie day this week. On a brighter note, it's actually starting to feel like fall here so I am making homemade chili for dinner tonight!

Today:

9am (290)
2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/2 slice 2% American cheese melted in- 165
2 slices turkey bacon- 70
1/2 cup oj- 55

11am (105)
large coffee w/ 3 tbsp Coffee Mate cinnamon bun creamer- 105

2pm (350)
2 slices 100% whole grain low calorie toast- 90
3 slices turkey bacon- 105
shredded lettuce- 2.5
1 1/2 tbsp light mayo- 52.5
1 cup veggie soup- 100
H2O- 0

5pm (160)
light & fit strawberry banana yogurt- 80
1 string cheese- 80
H2O- 0

8pm (550)
1 1/2 cups homemade chili (extra lean ground beef, black beans, tomato sauce, diced tomato, spices)- 292.5
1 tbsp shredded cheese- 20
2 tbsp light sour cream- 40
chopped red onion- 2.5
1 jiffy cornbread muffin- 170
1/2 tbsp light veggie oil "butter"- 25
H2O- 0

= apprx 1455 calories

Yikes. We went to the Nascar race today in Dover (it's still on and we're already home). I ate a lot at the hospitality tent, but we walked over 2 miles and took several stairs. I also ran 2.25 miles this morning.

So.

Breakfast: Fiber One bar 140

Lunch: 2/3 grilled chicken sandwich, small bag of chips + a couple from my kid's bag, 2 oreos estimating 700ish

Snack: Nature Valley Sweet and Salty peanut bar 170

Dinner: Grilled lemon garlicious chicken, rice/veggie mix 460

Snack: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich 140

Total: 1610

Exercise: 2 miles walking, several flights of stairs, ran 2.25 miles. Burned at least 500 calories.

Don't really know how I'll find time to eat such a big meal at 12. I literally have 2 seconds to stuff my face which is kinda part of the problem. Grr, I can do it.
