I had quite a few pieces of gum today but I don't usually count those...I discovered that Wrigley's now makes dessert flavored gum. Yummy!!! It comes in Key Lime Pie, Strawberry Shortcake and Mint Chocolate Chip. Awesome!!!

Nectarine, raw 97 (I weigh my fruit vs goin off a standard calorie count. In weighing, I discovered that nectarines are about 90-105 calories vs 64 calories that fitday gives you for a fruit that is 2 3/4 in diameter.
Changed up my meal plan a bit, if I had to look at salad or protein shake one more time I was going to murder someone.
Today:
Breakfast (300) - Weetabix Cereal, Milk, Banana
Lunch (350) - Ham sandwich (bread, ham, mustard, green pepper)
Snack (100) - Banana (a little something to hold me over until soup was finished)
Dinner (500) - Soup (Creamy Chicken and Rice)
Snack (100) - TBA - Probably a yogurt cup and a glass of tea
Total: 1350
I've also been drinking lots of tea lately with lemon and a little sugar. Not great but a big change from all the pop I used to drink.
These are a little on the high side but I am going gradually so my body has time to adjust. I seem to have lost my list for the last 2 days but they were:
(9/24) 1875
(9/25) 1610
(9/26) 1750
Not too bad. I am helping a friend move today so I won't know a calorie count for the food they are serving or if we'll be ordering out but I am gonna pack my own snacks so I have to guesstimate only once today.
Lunch: Subway Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with Marinara sauce, pepperjack cheese & veggies. 380 calories
1 pkg of sliced apples - 35 calories
Snack: Watermelon Laffy taffy - 64 calories
8 oz C2O Coconut water - 57 calories
Dinner: 3.5 Mozzarella sticks @ Chili's 333 calories
1/2 an order of mashed potatoes (they gave me a HUGE portion, so I ate half of what I figured a regular order should be) 176 calories
3 Baby back ribs - 294 calories
Went to the fair yesterday and it was not good at all. In trying to save up calories I think I let myself get too hungry. Oh well, I'm back OP today, but I'm a little worried for my WI Wednesday as that was the second high calorie day this week. On a brighter note, it's actually starting to feel like fall here so I am making homemade chili for dinner tonight!
Yikes. We went to the Nascar race today in Dover (it's still on and we're already home). I ate a lot at the hospitality tent, but we walked over 2 miles and took several stairs. I also ran 2.25 miles this morning.

Don't really know how I'll find time to eat such a big meal at 12. I literally have 2 seconds to stuff my face which is kinda part of the problem. Grr, I can do it.
