Purple, I was still over 200 when I started doing Yoga on the Wii, if that works for you, you can PM me and I will send you my e-mail.

Okay. Our blue team menu / recipe thread is up so you can start posting your stuff there. I'm working on 2 projects at the moment, our exercise challenge and another neat little idea that's still in the works.
Bear with me, I'm very spur of the moment creative and I like to juggle a lot :dizzy: |
Yay Chelle! Thanks for posting the menu/recipes thread! W00t!

Hi again Blue Team
Wow, it's going to become my goal just to keep up on what's happening with people.......this is a busy chatty group! Chellez, for the chart I'll use my given name of Melanie and my goal is 15lbs from starting weight. |
Hi all! :)
Wow, busy group here! I haven't had time to go back and read the entire thread, but I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I'm Jennifer, 25, and I just moved to Portland, OR yesterday. I've been trying to move here for years, so finally being here feels like a dream. I graduated CT5K earlier this year and I still run for exercise, along with weight lifting and crossfit. I've done WW in the past but for now I'm counting calories and focusing on nutrition. I'm so excited for this! :D |
hmmm..things I forgot to mention. I answer to a lot of things..but mostly to Kate, and I guess if I need to set a goal it would be 15lbs.

Hey everyone,
Some stuff to add about me -- I am fifty, and teach kindergarten in the NYC schools. I never read a vampire book in my life, but I do like other trashy novels.:) I am on the Nutrisystem program since August 8th. |
Uh-oh guys, we're about 20 posts behind the Red Team. I always thought the blue team was the chatty one ;)

Chelle - For the chart!

Chellez- for the chart, I want to loose 26 lbs for this challenge. I have a head start since I am already 4 lbs. down from my first weigh in weight! My name is Donna or DJ or just D.
I never really introduced myself. I am 47 years old. I work for a large overnight shipping business. I live outside Memphis Tn. but I grew up in California. I have 2 lovely daughters aged 20 and 24 who are in college. I picked up a 24 year old son-in-law along the way. And, I have the most adorable 2 year old grandaughter that I could brag about all day long! My little dogs are also my kids. I have a grouchy teacup poodle and a happy-go-lucky Bichon. They make quite the pair. My husband has been deceasd for 3 years now. I started my 100 lb weight gain 7 years ago after I had a hysterectomy. I added a few years of hard stress and a few more pounds. A couple of tragedies left me looking to food for comfort...and then I stopped smoking a year ago and put on some more weight...And here I am... I have done Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig in the past. Both outstanding programs. I loose very slowly so I gave in to temptation pretty quick and have yo-yoed a lot! I am currently doing Medifast. It is working great and the limited options really help me stay on plan. I will stay on this to get most of the weight off, but then I will transition to Jenny Craig to learn to eat within a calorie range and stabalize. Then I will move to weight watchers to slowly loose the last 10 lbs. on a plan that I will maintain for the rest of my life. Well that's the plan...and that's me... |
