HI...had a crazy day here in KY yesterday with all the high winds..we are lucky to have power back on. Most areas in western Ky are in a state of emergency.The radio said the winds were 70+ miles per hour.

Happy Monday Blue Team!
My name is Dee, this is my 4th BL Challenge, and hopefully I can make it stick this time. I got very sick during the last challenge and regained everything I lost in the last year and a few extra "bonus" pounds. My plan this time is not to get sick. LOL I've gone back to following my WW Flex points plan, and also avoiding sugar and processed flour. My goal is to get back below 174.5, which is where the obese catagory begins for my height. So as of today, that would be 9.5 pounds. Other things: I'm a trashy vampire novel addict (and it's Chelle's fault), rabid fangirl, country music junkie, and today is my 7th anniversary. No kids of my own, expect for my chihuahua, but I do have a wonderful 11 year old stepson. |

I was considering a morning run today but I have to leave the house in an hour and I don't feel like rushing. I'm going to head out tonight instead and have a more relaxed run. Gotta get my butt in gear to get off this pound I gained after posting my start weight. Gah. Have a great OP day everyone! |

I will convert you readers before long! *evil witch laugh* I :love: vampire romance and I'm sure before long it will infect the Blue Team's chat because its all I tend to read in my free time. Chelle - I've heard good things about the Twilight Series, but have yet to pick it up! ... I don't think you'd have to work yourself too hard in order to convert this vampire loving fantasy reader.

My name is Abby and my goal is to lose 20 pounds this challenge. I forgot to mention that in my intro.. i'm so used to being called faux that I forgot I DO have a real name too! haha I'm a sucker for corny relaity too.. all of you relaity buffs. I dont have cable anymore ( I need to get away from so much tv) But I do watch 'my shows' online.. can't wait for survivor and biggest loser and like Christina.. i;m a sucker for the 'embarrassing' ones like surreal life ( Always loved thet flava and bridgette season) hehe Any mindless relaity is so fun to watch! anyway.. no loss this morning, but no gain so i'm happy. I havn't been working out much.. just getting back on plan with eating. I always hate when i start back n on working out I gain weight a bit at first. ANNOYING Does this happen to anyone else?? Chellez: I havn't read the twilight series but a lot of my friends do and love them! I'm reading a book about a childs life in africa right now. It's amazing. its called don't lets go to the dogs tonite'. anyway.. lets get our bodies moving! WE WILL kick the red teams proverbial butts! hehe :) |
I love the twilight series...someone on here mentioned it and then when I went home to visit my sisters the weekend after..she had them all so I 'borrowed' them and read them in one weekend..amazing!

Hi Blues! Wow people got chatting fast! My goal this challenge is to lose 15lbs. This challenge I intend to weigh in at the beginning of the week. During the last challenge I was weighing in at the end of the week and if I couldn’t find an internet connection I missed my weigh in.
A little about myself. I am 29, live in Costa Rica, I was born in Ireland and previously lived in London. I am getting married at the end of November. My work keeps me very very busy. I blamed my weight gain on my work (instead of myself :) ). I have been losing weight now for nearly a year. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week and control my portion sizes. Recently I started the TBL fitness routines. Now I must to some work! Good luck everyone! I hope the weight loss goes well. |

Books - Want to read the Twilight series, just haven't picked up the books yet. To much drama with my DS School right now to read anything new. Cheat Sheet - Name is Kelly (no one calles me Kel except my mother), I plan on Dropping 15 lbs from my starting weight, if I make that, I want to work on the next 8.6 lbs. I also want to lose 1/2 inch off my arms. I will be measuring next week to get my measurements. Kim - Thanks for the Happy Anniversary, I didn't even realize it until this morning. The only reason I remember it is the last time I have a Coca Cola, was 14 September 2007, it really is my crack:D |

I logged on not even 24 hours ago and I'm already lost in this chat. There is sooo much going on. I hope to get to know everyone on here. I also realize I will have to get on every few hours if I can to keep up with all the chatter.
Chellez: Goal weight is to be at 180 by the end and my name is Sarah. I never heard of the Twilight seriers but they sound something I might be interested in. I don't know if anyone watched Moonlight last year on CBS, but it was a tv series about vampires. It was one of my favorite shows last year, but they canceled it. ChristinaGetFit - I love reality TV too. I love to watch The Hills, Brooke knows Best, and almost any other show. McKenzies Momma - I think a conference would be great to meet everyone. Hopefully someone will plan it. |
