Hi everyone!
This is my first TBL challenge. I am fairly new here. A little about me I'm 29 mother of 2 year old triplet girls my husband of 6 years in Iraq for the last 6 months. It's always crazy:dizzy: here. I live in Florida where it's nice and hot! :cheer3: GO BLUE TEAM :cheer3: |
Hey Melissa! Good to see you here, too. Lots of 5# challenge-ers!
Manick, hey, another black team alum! :D I will have to post pictures of my chinchilla sometime. He's almost 3 and a half now; I've had him for 3 years. He's a sweet little ball of fluff. :) Flagirl, oh my gosh, 2 year old triplets?! Wow! Welcome to the Biggest Loser challenges! |

Well I survived the grocery store (mostly) unscathed! I did pick up a small container of cookies, but the good news is that they are smaller than the ones I've been buying from the deli near my office, so it's progress. ;) We've got a great meal plan for the week, so that's exciting.
Nori - Oh my heavens, your nephew is adorable. I hope his treatments go well. flagirl28 - Girl, when I tell my fiance about the people on the blue team, I might have to leave you out - 2yr old triplets would terrify him! :P Glad to have you joining us. Manick - We're in Vancouver BC, and if we had to move to the US, Portland would be our #1 choice. We had a great pasta dish for dinner tonight that had parsley in it - this lemon pasta. Doragone - 25lbs last challenge! Way to go! Hope your knee heals up soon. KimProbable - I'm totally stoked to see all of us Canadians! Very cute that your daughter wanted to run with you - hooray for being a good example of healthy habits! Annie - Congratulations on your accomplishments thus far. Like many of the others, I'd love to know more about how you've gotten to this point. fauxtini and Christina - LOVE getting my eyebrows done! I don't get them waxed though, I go for threading. It hurts like heck, but it's so precise and clean! |

I live just outside Memphis! Would love someone to work out with and help me stay motivated to work out. That is definatly my weakness! I feel so good when I work out so I don't know why I loose motivation to continue a workout program so quickly. A partner woud absolutly help! D |
flagirl28-Wow you are my hero! :) I have my days of feeling tired and I have only one 2 year old.
Jessica-Chinchillas are sooo cute! Heather and Manick---- YAY!!! Oh my gosh I am thrilled to have you guys on the Blue Team!! Nori-Hope your Nephew can get his transplant really soon! Marianne-That’s great that you have a meal plan! For me planning helps so much. Dora- Welcome to all the newbies and everyone else I missed! Let's ROCK this challenge!! I made it through my son's 2nd birthday party and stayed OP!! I didn't even have any cake or icecream. This week I'm going to focus on staying OP and trying to add in some exercise. |

I'm zinkemom or zinke and this is my third challenge. I'm a 33 year old SAHM to 4 year old boy/girl twins. We've been married for 7 years and together for 10 now. We live in Northern Michigan and like others, we love it 3/4ths of the time. DH is a truck driver and starts a new job tomorrow or Tuesday with a dedicated run hauling steel out of Canada down to Detroit. The kids just started preschool last week so I am using those hours to start taking better care of myself. It is going to be hard as we live in a very rural area and I have to drive them 42 miles round trip to preschool 4 days a week. The small town only has a Curves and I cannot afford to sign a one year contract at this time. With gas at $4.29 a gallon I also cannot afford to drive back home to work out. So I have come up with a playground workout routine along with lots of walking/wogging. I'll be okay until the weather turns and that honestly could be any day now. It is Michigan after all. :p Not sure what the plan will be then. I'm also coming to terms with the fact that I am indeed a binge eater and I'm working through that. |

Hey,
I'm GirlyGirlSebas' husband. Time for me to kick it in and get this weight off. My plan is to get off my butt and start exercising while watching the foods I eat as well as the amount. I will be following the South Beach Diet, hitting the gym and using our treadmill. Got all the tools, just need to motivate myself to use them. |

:woohoo::woohoo:Hi Blue gals! And guys! We're gonna kick butt!
I am excited about the challenge. I am tenacious when it comes to a challenge. Challenges really do help me stay focused and keep my goals in mind! I look forward to working on this team and I will support all of you as best I can! About me: I am a 54 year old English teacher; please don't groan. I love my work and adore my students. I have two boys aged 21 and 16 and I have been happily married for 24 years. I live in Northern California, although, I am originally from Washington State. I hope to be down to 175 by the end of this challenge. My plan is to follow my diet plan carefully and to exercise at least five days per week; on two of those days I hope to do strengthening and flexibility training. I am beginning to have hope that I will be able to be seen in a nice swimsuit by spring break; perhaps, even in a nice swimsuit on a beach in Hawaii! I am saving my pennies and talking it up to my hubby! I will come back tomorrow and read all of your intros...this looks like a great group! Sheri |
