But then I came on here and read what you wrote..and ya, you were so right, I dont need it today!! Thanks so much!! I made my dinner, and will even reward myself with a dvd tonight when we go grocery shopping!! (we go to walmart) That sub will probably taste better tomorrow when its been in the fridge for awhile.

Okay..I'm off to eat my din din now!!

Great job!!! That sub will taste WAY better tomorrow after it sits in the fridge for a bit. A dvd is a great choice for a reward. I'm a dvd-aholic though so maybe you shouldn't listen to me.

Let that be what matters now! Congrats, that is truly awesome, even with the circumstances, you can't be everything to everyone so hang in there, these times will be hard but you can do it!

Don't forget ladies, a lot of the food at the grocery store is IMPORTED, yes I know (I work in import) This stuff is pulled from the vine and refrigerated FOREVER- like a week or two before it gets to the grocery store, yecky poo!

I LOVE HOME GROWN TOMATOES!!!!

Oh, stalling out on making grocery lists is one of my specialties. I can get through a month of neglected chores and to-do's in an effort to avoid writing down my list! If you need any pointers of how to procrastinate give me a shout.

I'd like to second (or third, I think, since it's already been seconded?) this! You totally rock Michelle!

No snacks due to somethings that are extremely bothering me and just don't have an appetite due to this type of stress. Ate my famous Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup (without the tortillas) this soup is extremely healthy. Nothing but veggies and chicken. So easy to make. Didn't eat any snacks again due to the stress and it's already almost time for dinner. I am so proud of myself. Woo Hoo.
That's fantastic to hear! The soup sounds very yummy.

Way to go!!!

I've had a very OP day today. I made lots of good food choices and I even got in 11 servings of fruits and veggies, which is gobs better than the 3-4 I normally have. I didn't get in any exercise but my leg was hurting again anyhow so it's probably for the best.

See you all in the morning!

ok girls im so proud of jill ( aka jillybean720) i had to let you know over on the thread for the challenge this morning she wrote

"67 minutes a day?! I thought you said we were starting slow to get into the swing of things Sorry, Blue Team, but I can't go from 0 minutes a day to 67 a day (especially when I didn't even read the rules until 7pm on the start day).

Anyway, thanks for posting the challenge, and good luck to everyone!"

Then later chelle gave a shorter option which works out to 33 minutes day and jilly came back on and wrote this

I didn't realize it was so many minutes a day, so I'm going to post a second option for just this week...

Unfortunately the closest beach on the list I have is Ocean City NJ which is 132 miles so it would be 33 mins a day

JIlly wrote Well, after I left here all pissy about it and finished my whining, I decided I wasn't going to go down without a fight. I went and changed, put on my sneakers, and then took my most hyper puppy out for a 45-minute fast walk (she was panting to keep up with ME!) and then stopped home to switch pups and took the less hyper pup for a 25-minute walk. So i did it--I went from 0 minutes to 70 minutes today.

So, moral of the story: put that competitive spirit to good use!

Thanks, chelle!

OMG im so proud of her and i love her team spirit .. i had to share her achievement.. GO BLUE team ...

ooh yeah and Chelle your are fabulous too great work girls

I'm jealous of the warm-climate gardeners too! Michigan bums me out! We had spring for like...2 weeks. Even got into the 80s, but mostly stayed at the 70's. My flowers were all coming into bloom, and then these past 4 days have been sooo cold most of them have gone and died. Boo!
Just like you, Oregon had a few nice days, then hail, snow and rain, grrrr. My tomatoes are curling too. I put "check" next to the foods I'm planting the same and added a few of mine that are different in your list above. Can't wait for the sweet days of spring and summer, yummm!!! Nice to meet a fellow gardner, uh . . . your name's not on the list yet - but still nice to meet ya'.
