I know that with so many people in our challenge, the thread can seem overwhelming. We would love for each and every one of you to post whenever you can. Even if you are just posting a line or two to let us know how you're doing, we'd love to hear from you as regularly as you can manage. So many times we tend to quit posting when we are struggling and that's the time we need to post the most. So many times in the last challenge, someone might just post quickly that they are struggling with "xxxx" and I could so relate. Just a quick post of "I'm on plan", "I'm struggling", "I've been abducted by aliens",....whatever. (Of course if you've truly been abducted by aliens, we may want more details! )
Don't feel pressured to always do personals or to do personals at all. Personals are just (pardon the food porn) icing on the cake!
WOW!! 4 more pages since 10 pm last night! Lol. You guys sure are a talkative bunch!
So far this morning I have talked myself out of stopping for donuts on the way home from dropping DH at the airport for a business trip. When he's gone I really struggle with binge eating. So my goal for this week is to stay away from the grocery store and not buy any junk food. If I can do that, I will feel like a success this week.
My goals for this challenge are:
Get back on track to losing instead of staying stagnant
Lose 10% of my body weight (31 lbs.)
Foods I need to have in my house:
Ditto on the coffee and SF syrups (I have an espresso machine so I can make lattes just like Starbucks...yum!)
Oatmeal
Fresh fruit
eggs
See you all tomorrow! (When I will have to spend another hour just catching up on the thread before I can post )
Tara

We do Rule Diva!!! As my teenager would say...Red Team Rocks Socks!!!! Have a fantastic workout...watch out for mr. hottie! (or whatever the muscle dude's name was that gets ya all drooling! LOL)
Well, I need to give it another hour before I go, I suddenly have a tummy situation.
StacyLynn, I love sports too! Especially Football!!!
Oh Karen...thanks for posting that!! Really great advice!! Just post! anyone who has done this challenge for awhile knows that once people stop posting chances are they are struggling, or feel like the dont want to "bring down the team" and thats just the WRONG attitude!! When you are struggling it is even more important for you to be posting! You just never know who is going through the same thing, or has gone through it and can offer advice!! But, your team cant help you if we dont know whats going on!
Thanks so much Karen for point that out!
Tara...you can do this!! You can have a successful week!! Just think of your Red team perched on your shoulder giving you stay strong vibes!! You can do it!
Karen...LOL!! I will have to remember that about you!
Diva...whats up with the tum tum?
Maybe too much fiber & protein for breakfast! LOL! I can't stay out of the bathroom.
Good morning Tyler Durden! We must be making the other teams nervous already, hehe!

I am also going to school full time right now as well. Taking business classes and nutrition classes right now. come fall I will be taking courses for personal training. I'd like to get the certificate to become a personal trainer and my long term goal is once my youngest starts school to open up a bakery. Well those are the basics on me I am so excited for this challenge! It will be my 2nd one, and this time I plan on doing better then I did last time.
Good morning ladies! Wow 9 pages on here already!!! I had a busy weekend, and yesterday my internet was down. I am so excited for this challenge and bound and determined to do much better this time around. I decided when I lose 10 lbs I am going to go in and get my hair done, but once I reach 20 lbs I am going to get a massage. DH has made this same goal as well. Well I had better get my day going! I hope you all have a great day!!!

LMAO! Seems we all have a GREAT sense of humor this morning. ha ha ha
I have a tip for everyone on the red team. When working out, try to put on something red, so that when you look at the color, it will remind you of the red team you are representing and maybe motivate you to push harder for your team!
