4. What is one area of weightloss that you struggle with? consistency, self-sabatoge
5. What is one area of weightloss that you excel at? Once I get into a rhythm I do really well.
6. What is your short term goal? To get under 200 lbs!
7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? I have my eye on a Vera Bradley bag- or just a nice big red purse, LOL.
8. Best weight loss tip? PORTIONS.
9. Bob or Jillian? I really like them both for different reasons.
10. I'll turn 39 in June. I am mom to 4 kids- almost 10, 7, 5 and 3. This is my year to lose the weight once and for all! I'm on a quest to be "fit by 40!!"


. I put on weight while working a particularly stressful job (which I no longer have). I have tried to lose weight for years and am finally to a place in my life that I am succeeding. I am naturally shy. 

. I love martial arts and have incorporated my karate and weapons into my daily workouts.
