I caught up with all the posts. I did a little walk this morning, my knee started feeling twingy, lol. So I came back got the rake and am doing my front gardens. Got to do my Steve Irwin duties of relocating a couple of snakes to the woods. Crikey!! Came in to get some water and saw that I left this site up and sat down and started reading again. So I'm caught up, will come back later and do the food survey.
Have an awesome day ladies!!! BBL

Awwwww, you're welcome.

Thank you for that honor, I'd first like to thank God, my family, my friends in these challenges, my Cat, my dog, my turtle and last but not least, all of the chocolate and junk food I have partook in, for without them, I would not be fat and need these challenges. hehe

I work on at a University and this morning when I was driving into work, I was behind one of the college students at a stop sign. He had a bumper sticker that said,

"HONK IF PARTS FALL OFF"

It really cracked me up. It was actually on his trunk because half of his bumper was missing!

Since I'm doing lowcarb, my must haves are a little bit different.

Genoa Salami, Pepperoni & Garlic Bologna- boy do I love lunchmeat
Sugar Free Jello
CoJack Cheese
Hillshire Farms Cheddar Wurts
Green Beans

I'm so pumped about this challenge! I guess I should post my challenge goals.
- Lose 25lbs.
- Be able to run 2 miles
- Wear a size 10-12
Does that sound reasonable?

Okay all caught up for now!!! Good Morning Red team!!! so great to see everyone this morning!

Well, I started reading Bob's book last night! (Bob Harper - Are you Ready?) I got through chapter one and I'm ready to start blogging/journaling his questions.

Allergies are striking this morning!! I hate allergies, I have energy issues already I dont need those dragging me down too!

So the plan for the day to is to be OP!!! I'm gonna hit the gym for week one of the walk/run program I'm gonna do! I was up to running for 1.5 minutes not long ago now I gotta start over. But hey...at least I'm still moving right!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Stay OP and in control!! I know you can do it!!
