Hi Blueser!

Today was my official weigh-in and the scales smiled for me. I have a 3.2 pound loss for the week! That brings my grand total to 6.8 pounds for the challenge. Not the big number I planned on having. I am very proud of myself for not turning to food for comfort this weekend. Weekend's are always my most difficult time on-plan, but not this time. I think the walking with Hubby was a great weight-loss tool for me this past week. We haven't walked since Thursday, but we plan on getting out there again today....despite this horrible congestion and scratchy throat I'm fighting. The kiddos are on spring break this week and we decided to take vacation time. Today, we're driving to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's...which are approximately 45 minutes away. I've never been to either store and this seems like a nice road trip. I plan on picking up some agave nectar and ditching the Splenda. Since I can't really taste anything, this seems like a great time to quit the artificial sweeteners. I'm also going to pick up some greek yogurt. I've heard that many of you like it, so I'll give it a shot.

I'll come back later and check in with everyone. Hope everyone has an awesome day.

Quick post just to let you all know I'm out here, but I'm (wo)manning the front desk this morning, and it's super busy. I didn't realize the caffeine/aspartame withdrawal would be this physically hard on me. My head is throbbing and my eye keeps twitching.

Rhonda - I'm sorry to hear about your furkid.

I finished both Butch and V's books this weekend.

I couldn't take pics earlier because the batteries for my camera were dead...so we ran some errands and I'm going to do it right NOW. I hope some others do it as well..otherwise, what was the point of taking them to start with

Lisa, I love James Patterson too! Alex Cross series is my favorite, dh's too. So glad you like it here! I love it here too!

Rhonda, I'm so sorry bout your baby doggy. Ours is about 8 yrs old (he has 3 legs and we got him from the spca in 2001 b4 our son was born). He is getting older and I hate thinking my kids have had him all their lives and wonder when it'll happen to him, which means they must endure the sadness too. Sorry hunny.

Chelle, Imma PM u in a minute so check it plz!!!! Gotta go read FAQs too! Thanks for making the next challenge start so soon. I need it badly!

Hiya to all of you chatting here! Imma be here all the way thru too.

My stair challenge is coming along nicely. Did I tell you all? I am training to climb them 100 times in a row. Maybe by the end of this next one I can do it! I can do maybe 6 or 7 in a row now, outta breath, feel like a big blob trudging up there but hey. You gotta start somewhere!!!!! Remember TBL challenges on the show where they climbed actual stairs forever or did the escalators?? Imma get myself in shape enough to do that too!!!!

Here's to us!!! Go Blueeeeeezersssssssssss!!!!!!

Okay, my pictures and measurements are posted I can see a little bit of difference, even with only lose 16 lbs...I lost 16.75 inches overall, so not too bad I guess. I'm on page 3 of the picture thread...and Karen is on the same page, you all should go look at her, she looks FANTASTIC!

I wondered if anyone would catch that. I'd say I'm much more "Pinky" than "Brain". Narf!

I can't see your pictures, all I get is the red x and if I right click, it says it's downloading, but nothing ever shows up.

I can see them on my screen, so I wonder if anyone else can't see them. I don't know how to fix it since it's not broken on my screen

Rhonda congratulations! Oh and if you haven't left already, I recommend seeing if TJs or WF has any of the Just Tomatoes products. The Just Fruit Munchies are soooo good. Hope you enjoy your trip out.

I guess this will be my last post here for this challenge too! I lost I think 7 or 7.5 lbs, I can't even remember any more! It's not as much as I'd have liked but it's better than where I was 12 weeks ago right? If I gained 7lbs in 12 weeks I'd feel terrible, but losing the same in the same time frame doesn't feel as significant. And that's silly.

I've really enjoyed all your posts and getting to know you all. I'll see you next challenge.

Finally finished one! I kept playing with it and although it seems simple... there was a lot of dodging and burning done before I got it the way I wanted.

So here ya go Kelly

Congrats to Karen and Purple. You both look GREAT!

I didn't bother taking new pics since I gained 2 pounds. I WILL do better the next challenge.
