Morning Everyone! UGGHH! I stayed up to late last night and now I'm having trouble getting started today. I wasn't tired after bowling so I cleaned up after the hubby, took the trash to the street, and hopped on the internet to check in with you guys. I finally decided to go to bed but I couldn't sleep so I got out a couple of magazines and checked them out. I got to sleep a lil before midnight and wouldn't you know it the dog was up at 2:30 wanting out and again at 3:30. The alarm went off about an hour later..

, so I'm sitting here in front of the computer trying to jump start myself with a lil caffiene (so far its not working).
I measured today and I gained everywhere how depressing! I think this the first time since I started measuring that I haven't lost in at least one or two places. I guess something to work on for next two weeks.
Well lets see what do I eat for breakfast. I usually mix it up that way I don't get bored. I have three cereals I buy All Bran Buds, All Bran with yogurt clusters, and Kashi oatmeal. Sometimes I make veggie omelets using egg beaters. I love the southwestern egg beaters they are sooo YUMMY! Occassionally I make fruit smoothies or I make my own juice...gotta love my juicer. I've also had the Kashi blueberry waffles, those are good too.
As for the exercise challenge- I love a good challenge. There were a couple that we did the last challenge that stuck in my mind. One we had to see who could be the first to get 500 minutes of exercise in for one week. The other one was REDWINS (we'd have to come up with a different word) but each letter stood for something, W was for water, E for exercise, I was for Inspiration, I don't remember what the others stood for, anyways you set a goal for the week, you could say your goal is three REDWINS in one week. Then each day you'd post what you achieved that day, for example Monday-REWIS then Tuesday might look like REDWIS and so one. I don't know I'm up for really anything thats motivating. Anything to keep us in the winners circle!
Karma-WOW! I can't believe the ex had the balls to ask you to pay his parking tickets. I'm glad you gave him a piece of your mind.
Nancy-Its ok you skipped the exercise challenge. Great job on listening to your body and knowing when to sit out. Besides you just got home for dance class...I'd be pooped.
Julz-I'm sure you had a wonderful time at the parents house. I'm sooo jealous my family lives 9 hours away and usually don't get to see them but a couple of times a year. Its been since June since I saw my mom and dad...way too long, but this next month they are going to try and come to visit
Rainlips-I live in middle of Nebraska. I hope you got a lot of lunges in last night at the hospital. Are you a nurse?
Well I'm off to do some pilates! Everyone have an op day and don't work to hard!
