Hey girlies!! I am back from my mini-vacation to my parents house. We actually got back EARLY this morning (a couple hours before I posted the weigh-in results). Right after I posted those results I literally had to run out the door to work. I got home about half an hour ago.... and am now catching up as I fall asleep at the keyboard...lol I only work today and Saturday. I'm so glad I only work part-time!!

I got home and had a PM from Chellez about the ladies whose weigh-ins disappeared. She suggested that I leave those 3 in with the weigh-ins until their freebies had all been used (it was a *DUH* moment for me). So the weigh-in has been re-adjusted with those weights back in there. I think it affected us by 4/10ths of a percent or something. We were still the Biggest Losers!

I am going to head to bed and I will be back tomorrow to post some personals! Congrats ladies on posting such great numbers this week! You are all doing so awesome!!! You make me so proud!

Well, I skipped out on the workout challenge. My knee was bothering me even more and I think since I was favoring it tonight that caused my hip to be a bit sore as well. Oh well – it isn’t like I didn’t get my exercise in.

Dea – I keep a box of Kashi GoLean at work. I can’t seem to get myself up to eat breakfast before I leave the house. Jillian Michaels has a website, but you have to pay to be on it.

Caitbeans – Congrats on your upcoming marriage!

Soulbliss – an emotional, hormonal freak? Hmm.. no one else EVER has that problem! I don’t even want to think about what I would do without 3FC. Don’t make me start crying (the emotional freak that I am)!

NoVaVTFan – I hope things calm down for you a bit. All that sounds really hectic!

Hope4me – isn’t it weird when you get on the scale thinking you are going to see a gain and instead there is a loss? Of course that is SO MUCH better than when it happens the other way around.

Rainlips – Congrats on the inches!

Diva – I would be up for a challenge like that. I would love to hear how you like the Jillian Michaels videos when you get them. I am thinking I might need to do my strength training in the mornings before work instead of tacking them on either before or after my dance classes and thought those might be good.

Ok – That is about all I can do tonight. It is getting late and I need to get to bed!

Hi everyone!
I am so terrible with the personals but I will try to do better.

Well, today the ex called me to borrow money to pay off HIS parking tickets, on HIS car. HAHAHA
My stomach is still sore from the laughter. Is he freakin' kidding?????? What the French toast was on his mind??? lol I mean really, I'm nice and all but by no means am I a sucker. You'd think he'd know that after 2 years with me. There were lots of expletives from me followed by a dial tone. I shouldn't have answered in the first place.
Other than that TOM is draining all of my energy and making me one cranky cranky . I took a nap when I got home instead of my usual workout. I am going to get up and get moving now though. I am off work tomorrow so I'll sleep then.

Spiny - So sorry for your loss.

SoulBliss- you are not alone with the hormonal freakishness lol. I am right here with you, so is Nancy lol We all have been there, no worries.

Diva - that dress is stunning!

Hope4me
- I understand exactly what you are going through. TOM is making me a little angry over here. I am retaining water like crazy!

NoVaVTfan
- hope you feel better.

Chickichickibangbang
- love that name by the way. Congrats on being the biggest loser

Way to go Black Team!!! We Rock ! Great job Week 2 ladies

Morning Everyone! UGGHH! I stayed up to late last night and now I'm having trouble getting started today. I wasn't tired after bowling so I cleaned up after the hubby, took the trash to the street, and hopped on the internet to check in with you guys. I finally decided to go to bed but I couldn't sleep so I got out a couple of magazines and checked them out. I got to sleep a lil before midnight and wouldn't you know it the dog was up at 2:30 wanting out and again at 3:30. The alarm went off about an hour later.. , so I'm sitting here in front of the computer trying to jump start myself with a lil caffiene (so far its not working).
I measured today and I gained everywhere how depressing! I think this the first time since I started measuring that I haven't lost in at least one or two places. I guess something to work on for next two weeks.
Well lets see what do I eat for breakfast. I usually mix it up that way I don't get bored. I have three cereals I buy All Bran Buds, All Bran with yogurt clusters, and Kashi oatmeal. Sometimes I make veggie omelets using egg beaters. I love the southwestern egg beaters they are sooo YUMMY! Occassionally I make fruit smoothies or I make my own juice...gotta love my juicer. I've also had the Kashi blueberry waffles, those are good too.
As for the exercise challenge- I love a good challenge. There were a couple that we did the last challenge that stuck in my mind. One we had to see who could be the first to get 500 minutes of exercise in for one week. The other one was REDWINS (we'd have to come up with a different word) but each letter stood for something, W was for water, E for exercise, I was for Inspiration, I don't remember what the others stood for, anyways you set a goal for the week, you could say your goal is three REDWINS in one week. Then each day you'd post what you achieved that day, for example Monday-REWIS then Tuesday might look like REDWIS and so one. I don't know I'm up for really anything thats motivating. Anything to keep us in the winners circle!

Karma-WOW! I can't believe the ex had the balls to ask you to pay his parking tickets. I'm glad you gave him a piece of your mind.

Nancy-Its ok you skipped the exercise challenge. Great job on listening to your body and knowing when to sit out. Besides you just got home for dance class...I'd be pooped.

Julz-I'm sure you had a wonderful time at the parents house. I'm sooo jealous my family lives 9 hours away and usually don't get to see them but a couple of times a year. Its been since June since I saw my mom and dad...way too long, but this next month they are going to try and come to visit

Rainlips-I live in middle of Nebraska. I hope you got a lot of lunges in last night at the hospital. Are you a nurse?

Well I'm off to do some pilates! Everyone have an op day and don't work to hard!

Good morning everyone!

I go out of town for a few days and come back to us being the biggest losers of the week. That is fantastic. Congrats to all of us.

I am worried about this weeks weigh in. I ate really bad for the 3 days that we were in New York. Add to that all the stress that I have had on me for the last 3 days and I am pretty sure my weigh in this week will show a gain. I have been losing weight since Sept 3, 2007 and haven't had a week where I gained up til now. I am sad about it but I know that I can push through and do better next week.

We are in the middle of moving. We just found out Monday afternoon that we had to move (our living arrangement with DH's family fell apart). By midnight Monday night we were on our way to where we will be living (120 miles on the other side of the state). I know this move will be good for us I just worry about the stress and the eating that comes with stress.

You ladies have done awesome this whole challenge. Congrats to ChickiChickiBangbang for being TBL of the week! I hope to be able to slow down and do personals in the next few days. Keep going guys. We can do this.

I KNEW you'd do it!!!

I had a great time with you too. I wish you lived here...We'd be an unstoppable team!!!

Thanks to everyone for expressing support! We won! Yay!

Okay, so TBL is looking for pairs again...Who wants to team up? I still have about 100 pounds to lose and am 100% dedicated...I would be soooooooooooo willing to drop everything and go to TBL, focusing ONLY on me, my weight and fitness and my partner/team!!!

Soulbliss, if you are truly serious maybe you could make a new thread and the mods could sticky it or make a 3fc announcement. I think it would be awesome to see 2 peeps from 3fc go on the show!!! I'd like to do it, but I dunno if I can hang in the challenges or and i KNOW I don't want to go on national TV in a sports bra and bicycle shorts lol! No way jose!

Ok, if we all want a challenge for This team...I can get a list of everyone who wants to be on the challenge, and then the goal is for the whole challenge team to stay OP for 7 or 10 consecutive days. If one of us challenge people slips the ticker is reset, or maybe we can get one freebie day. Up to you all, but if ya wanna...say so and we'll get this started tomorrow or Friday and make tickers for a short term OP goal. I like a 10 day challenge myself.

Wow – the Black team was the Biggest Losers of the week! Congrats to everyone!!!

Karma – OMG – what nerve! Thank goodness he is your ex!

Dream710 – Your night sounds horrible! I hope you are able to get some good sleep tonight. I have been extremely blessed to not have any issues with insomnia. I stole this quote from someone I can’t remember, but I can fall asleep if I stop blinking long enough.

Manda – Moving can be VERY stressful, but it can also be a great time to add in better habits. When we are thrown out of our comfort zone and have to make changes anyway, we can be really conscious of trying to put better things in place.

SoulBliss – I would totally consider TBL, except what do people do about their at home expenses and their jobs while they are gone? I couldn’t afford to not be working even for a couple of weeks – let alone months. I also don’t think my family would be very cool about having to go through being interviewed and stuff.

Diva – A 10 day challenge sounds great! Sometimes it make it so much easier to break things down into smaller pieces. Then once you stay on plan for that period of time it can get so much easier to just keep on going!

Also if we have an exercise challenge I would need it to be in time since I don’t do miles.

It is really grey and rainy here today and all I wanted to do was stay in bed and sleep! Oh well. Sometimes I am glad that I have to work because at least it gets me going on days like today. Also, at least it isn’t snow.

I'm thinking that staying OP for 10 days in a row should include exercise. We could make our little tickers, if ya want and I think posting your days menu and exercise that night or the day after would be a good way to hold us acountable too. I know if we start Friday, I'll need a freebie for Super bowl Sunday! LOL!
