Default Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Just got home after being gone since Sat. Managed to survive the weekend without too much damage, I think. Endless snacks and eating all weekend, thank goodness for veggies and dip! I'm glad to be home and am looking forward to getting back into my regular routine. Thanks for all of the kind words. I'll check in later!

Good evening friends,

Glad you were able to stay on plan over the weekend OMW. How did your weekend go DMC?

This morning I was minus one more pound on the scale. I had a busy day today and I am tired tonight. It was nice to drink green tea and watch The Biggest Loser. I was surprised the pink team mom stayed and the daughter went home.

Lets make good choices this week.....

Way to go Pony! You are losing at an awesome pace! You'll be in Onederland before you know it. I can't wait to celebrate with you!

I was also surprised to see the pink team daughter go home. Looks like the daughter has done well at home. I feel so bad for the brown dad. I almost wish they would have a challenge that wasn't all about exercise so he could compete on an even level with the others.

Hang in there with me Pony, DMC where are you? Where are all our BFF's!

Have a great day!

Hello OMW, DMC, and Welcome Stacy!

I lost two more pounds when I got on the scale this morning! It's crazy how you can be stuck for awhile and then something gives and you see new numbers. Also, my pig on the Wii snorted sparks and turned bronze when the total time equaled 10 hours....that was a surprise!

I am out of frozen lunch meals and need to go shopping again or prepare some at home ahead of time. OMW - I feel sorry for the brown Dad too. I can feel his knee pain as I recognize the "going downstairs sideways gait." I hope he is able to survive the yellow line for awhile longer.

OMW - I am not going anywhere....I look forward to your posts. Stacy please join us ... having a group that steadily posts really seems to help with motivation. Keep on keepin on friends!!!! Think about increased energy, being a good role model, smaller clothes, healthier lab numbers, more fun shopping, better muscle tone, and healthier living. We have lots to look forward too!!

Yahoo Pony! You are losing at a terrific pace. Keep up the great work!!!!

I am fighting a horrible cold and have not been motivated to exercise. It's hard when you feel so stuffed up you can barely breathe! On a positive note, I'm also not hungry at all and have to force myself to eat. I got on the scale today and I am down 2, but my weigh day isn't til Saturday so I'm not going to count it til then.

I checked my BMI and I am no longer considered obese. I also did a little shopping this weekend and I tried on some stuff at the Limited. I am no longer a plus. That is almost surreal to me, I have been plus sized for over 20 years!

Posting on this thread has been a huge motivator for me and I really appreciate the support. Stacy, hope you are having a great day! Keep checking in and tell your husband we wish him success also. It's great to have a partner on this journey!

OMW.. im having a great day thank you, hope you are too. i am very proud of myself. i havent had a tim hortens french vanilla coffee since sunday night!!! i was drinking 2 a day.. sometimes more if company came and brought me one. the headaches have been un-freakin-real tho... ive drank my water every day so far... im really trying to stay committed this time. i found a little way to get a biit of a coffee fix.. i dont like just regular coffee, its gotta be french vanilla.... so i take my 1% milk, mic it, add 2 tsp of light hot chocolate in it and a 1/2 tsp of de-caf instant coffee in it... its not half bad lol... gets me over the hard times at least.
you are doing great on your plan.. what are you following? keep it up!!
pony- great for you! im happy everybodys scales are working properly lol
have a great night ya'll.. see ya 2moro!!

OMW - Colds are not fun. Curl up in a blanket, drink green tea, eat oranges, and drink lots of fluid. I hope you feel better soon. I see that you are on the ball and made yourself an Easter goal already. You guilted me into looking at my calender and counting the weeks until Easter. I will try to pick a number that I think I can achieve by then.

Congrats on your new BMI. It's soooooooo cool that you are not obese or a plus size anymore!! Did it feel wonderful to go shopping that day? I am so glad and happy to see you enjoying and appreciating the fruits of your labor!!

Stacy - hang in there with the headache thing. Your comments brought back memories. It will get better...when I weaned myself off caffeine the first 7 days were really tough. I was a daily diet coke addict with 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning. I really do think that my sugar cravings are less now...not sure if it's due to less caffeine, a different mindset, or both. It is much easier to reach for water or sparkling water now and I don't miss the diet coke anymore. Occasionally I'll have a diet coke during the day without any problems but it doesn't flow in my veins anymore like it used to. Be strong...it will be worth it in the end!!

Just checking in before heading to school today. I was also a huge Diet Coke fan. Drank it in the AM instead of coffee. Used to stop on my way to school to get a Big one at McD's (Then had to get a breakfast sandwich too!) I gave up caffeine this summer when I had some trouble with anxiety. It was very hard at first but now if I drink one in the afternoon I am up half the night. I drink Crystal Light peach or raspberry tea instead or water. Hang in there Stacy, it will get better, especially if you found a replacement drink.

It's Friday girls. We made it to the end of another week! Hope everyone has a great day. I'll be back later!

Pony, saw that you set an Easter goal. I'm rooting for you! You will make it and then you will be right on the edge of Onederland!

Hi BFFs,

DMC, I am glad you came back. It's normal to have down times, make bad choices, and go off plan. The important thing is .....you're back and it was just a week!! You are much closer to the end of your journey than the rest of us posting here....your weight loss might be slower because you are closer to goal....be patient, get back on plan and don't give up. Remember how strong you felt ( and how it motivated us ) when you told us about your cardio blast...you are giving your body a great gift!!

Stacy, you are right...the water is good ....caffeine (diet coke or coffee) in moderation...I hope your headaches are subsiding.

OMW, hope you are feeling better. Thanks for the willpower dust and well wishes. Good luck with your Saturday weigh-in. I am cheering for you!! The land of 180ville is not far away.
