Hi friends!
Here's what I ate today.
B- Fiber one bar, clementine
L- Lean cuisine, yogurt, banana, carrot sticks
D- Subway veggie sub, no cheese, trader Joe's salt and pepper rice chips
Snacks, clementine, pretzel sticks
Just finished dinner and will hit the treadmill in a bit. Glad to see everyone posting. I am also looking forward to spring and looking better in lighter clothes! DMC, I know what you mean about getting older. I just turned 48. Can't believe I'm almost 50. That scares me!
Pony, are you getting enough water? With the increase in exercise maybe your dry mouth means you need a bit more fluid. Just a thought...




I just want there to be more air between my belly and the desk next time so I will keep working. 




This is a pattern for me, oh well. It was also my TOM so I am glad I did not gain.

We'll be looking hot this summer!
