I had meant to do something on Monday night, but I felt really nauseous when I got home and had to go straight to bed. But last night I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 40 with my trainer, bringing my total to 275.
The group total is now 8,255 + 70 = 8,325 |
Pushed myself today felt good. 55 min.
Group Total is 8,325 + 55 = 8,380 |
I did 40 minutes on treadmill/elliptical and then my hip-hop dance class (60minutes) total-100 minutes

30 minutes Curves workout, then took the dogs to a dog park for hte first time and I walked while they romped. Only got another 12 minutes in before a friend unexpectedly showed up with her dogs - an afghan and 2 standard poodles.

25 mins jogging, just a few mins on elliptical, and the rest aerobics...total of 53 mins
8818 + 53 = 8.871 |
