Was hoping to do a lot more than 30 minutes tonight, but tomorrow is another day.

Tonight I started the month by doing 30 minutes on the elliptical, hill level 5.
The group total is now 1154 + 30 = 1184 |
First meeting with the trainer tonight -- it went well!!!! We met for an hour, but I'm only counting 45 min, as there was a fair bit of time when he was giving instructions, asking questions... I think I might like this!

12 minutes walking, including 2 flights of stairs, which are the bane of my existence :)

Got in another walk today - John and I went out for another 31 minutes tonight! New totals are:

Was tired all day .. but I found some energy at 10pm lol .. so Richard and I boogied for the full hour .. and I even got my daughter to join in ... not enthusiatically .. but she really wants to go to Subway with me tomorrow rofl ..

I soooooo didnt feel like working out last night, but since I had the 100% 'good eating day' :D I thought it would be great to make some workout too and make it a 110% day lol. Anyway, thats 35min for me.
