Personal Total: 658 + 67 = 725/1085 - 360 minutes until goal!!!

Group Total: 6315 + 67 = 6382

Lovely walk with hubby in a national park for two hours. We went up and down hills and steps and over a lot of rough terrain. It wasn't all aerobic, but I'm still counting 30 mins of it, because some was aerobic and the rest of it was pure hard work. I also did 30 mins on the exercise bike.

Personal Goal... 390 + 60 = 450/1200 of October's goal

Group Total... 5,642 + 60 = 6,602

Reporting in from the weekend:

Thursday night, I started taking some medication for my knee which has been giving me issues. I continued to take the medication on Friday but it made me feel really sick. I looked at the side effects and I had them all. Luckily on Saturday, I guess my body had adjusted to it and I felt better. I didn't exercise on Friday though. On Saturday, I didn't get any official exercise in but DF and I went into DC and walked around. We walked around for hours in museums and along the street. It was basically 5 hours of nonstop walking although we did take a break at one point. I'm not counting that because it wasn't meant as exercise but it was fun.

On Sunday, we went on a strenous hike. We climbed to a peak of a mountain, we didn't start at the bottom but it was still a good 400 ft rise in elevation. Total time was about an hour.

Personal total: 220 + 60 = 280
Group total: 6,602 + 60 = 6,662

On Thursday I did 70 minutes - 10 elliptical, 50 weight training and 10 kickboxing, bringing my total to 205. I didn't do anything Friday > Sunday - ugh! Even if it is only 15 minutes, I promise myself that I will do something tonight when I get home.

The group total is now 6,662 + 70 = 6,732

Okay, another math error! This one was in our favor, but let's fix anyway!

Group total:5642
Zelma: 60
Nelie: 60
Nancy: 70
valerie: 23
Patty: 60
Jen: 60
Me: 29 walking from yesterday

NEW TOTAL: 6004 MINUTES!! (over 100 hours!)

NoLifeWithoutHorses 10-09-2006 03:03 PM

HEATHER - I beg to differ. Where the Group total read 5642 it should have been 6542.
There was a typo, but not a math error I believe our current group total should be 6904:carrot:

Lavandel 10-09-2006 04:47 PM

Yes it was a typo!

I did 7mins of orbitrek, 15mins jogging, 5mins walking and 30mins of aerobics, so thats 57:

6904 + 57 = 6961 :)

AmmiUK 10-09-2006 05:21 PM

Personal Total: 540 of 1500

Group Total: 6961 + 150 = 7111

going to lose 200 10-09-2006 06:08 PM

personal total ~ 375/1200
Group total ~ 7111+15= 7126

50 minutes of walking at a brisk pace along the shoreline what a gorgeous view probably last time hubby and I will get to do it this season.
Group Total 7126 + 50 = 7176
