Oh, it's good to be able to post exercise again! 60 min weight lifting today! I'm behind on my minutes, but I have time to make it up!

Group total ~ 9895 + 60 = 9955 min

I have to be careful to add right! Earlier this week I thought I found a mistake, but I turned out to be wrong! Luckily, Valerie caught my boo-boo!

Okay I did 10 minutes on my new HealthRider... LOL NOT all at once... this thing is darn hard! :) Most I have done at one time is 3 minutes on the easy pedals! Can't believe I got it for 16 bucks!!!

Personal total 869 - 631 to go

Group total 9955 + 10 = 9965

LOL at least this makes the math easy. :yes: At the rate we are going we are going to break 20,000 again this month! Go team go!

BTW I notice our September total isn't posted at the beginning of this thread... did we add up a final total?

Hi Ladies - Got in a 21 minute (3mph) walk with John tonight. New totals are:

Personal Total: 874 + 21 = 895/1085 - 190 minutes until goal!!


Group Total: 9965 + 21 = 9986

On Friday night the walk was definately a workout. It was at least an hour and we walked at a pretty good clip. That brings my total to 395.

The group total is now 10,081 + 60 = 10,141

I did 33 min on the elliptical today. And boy are my quads sore from doing squats yesterday!!!

140,004 MINUTES!!

One hundred and forty THOUSAND minutes!!!!!! Through SEPTEMBER!!!!!

Well here it is before midnight for a change I have finished dancing with Richard! Started a little earlier tonight lol .. Im now gonna have a couple of pieces of toast before bed (gotta at least get over 1000 cal!)

Off to have my shower now .. I think I have underestimated how many minutes I could do this month (didnt expect that i would actually do 3 times a week for 60 min let alone 5!)

60 min with Richard

Personal Goal 595 + 60 = 655/900 (245 minutes remaining - OMG!!!)

Oh I've been majorly slacking. I will need to boogie if I ever plan to make my goal but we'll see. The last couple weeks has been a struggle for me for some reason. Anyway, I got in 35 minutes of cardio/weights on Saturday and a 100 minute hike on Sunday. My DF is super supportive, he told me that the hikes are getting too easy as we blew through a hike that involved scrambles and rough terrain with no problem.

Personal total: 344 + 135 = 479
Group total: 10,335 + 135 = 10,470
