That 4mile WATP video is killer good, but killer tiring.

Tonight I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 90 mintues.
The group total is now 1968 + 60 = 2028 |
Today I got 72 mins of walking/workout (walking and exercising with my arms at same time) and 15 mins on exercise bike for total of 87 minutes.
Personal total for October is 180 - 1320 still to go for 1500 goal Group total 2028 + 87 = 2015 |

13 minutes of walking on the square in the lovely autumn breeze.
It's funny, I know in theory I burn more calories on the bike, but walking the same number of minutes is definitely harder for me. 55/400 Group: 2175 + 13 = 2188 |

I don't think I've put in my goal yet. I'm sticking with 1200 mins. I got over that again for September, but it seems to be a good guideline for me. 40 mins a day is just enough I think. When I do extra, it just covers for me to have days off now and then.
October so far... Sunday - nothing official. 5 hours of walking, but not really aerobic Monday - 70 min walk with hubby Tuesday - 40 mins on exercise bike Wednesday - 30 mins on exercise bike and 80 mins walking to and from shopping mall (just under 2 miles away, with a good-sized hill and a few 'rises') Personal Goal... 220/1200... leaving 980 mins left for October Group Total... 2203 + 220 = 2423 Zelma |

I did 30 minutes of upper body weights yesterday and 45 minutes of cardio this morning.
