Well here I am again reporting 90 minutes of water aerobics today. Brings my August total to 494, with 1006 left to make my August goal. I am thinking about walking (instead of driving) down to the grocery store and get in a few minutes of walking.
Hi Ladies - It's sooooooooo hot here (about 90!! with no breeze!) so I didn't wanna go out today, but I HATE doing indoor walking and stuff now, so I got out and walked in the heat and got in 27 minutes...I walked to the store, bought a zero calorie drink to have to cool down with, then walked back, lol!! Okay, new totals are...
Personal Total: 371 + 27 = 398/310 - 88 minutes PAST my goal!
Misti - Not that far ahead of me?? I'm at maximum output here and you are 100 minutes ahead of me after 6 days, LOL. You're rockin it!! You are such a motivator! Although I will pat myself on the back for doing 400 minutes of exercise in 6 days at 330ish pounds!
Hi Ladies - No new exercise yet...had to wash dishes for quite a while, lol, my inlaws don't seem to like washing THEIR dishes, lol, so I did everything this time. DH has agreed to go out for a walk later tonight...it'll be nice and cool out then! YAY! Exercising at 90 degrees is NOT fun, LOL! Wipes you out way faster. Might try to do some calf exercises - get some lower leg toning going on - and some yoga moves later. Anyways, hope everyone is doing well!

I think it was confusing because it was hard to see the totals. Everything from today looks great and it's been easy for everyone to pick out the new score, rather than it being buried!
Well, it looks like we are motoring so fast and I suspect we will reach our 100K goal while I am away next week!
I got in 41 min today: 21 min walking the dogs (who are loving the extra attention) and 20 min abs/back/arms.
Group total ~ 4445 + 41 = 4486 min
