Just a reminder, we are not competing with each other. Please look at my sig and you will see that my first goals were small (500 min) but I built from there. This is about all of us being healthier!And, might I add, that in a week with 30 days, 500 minutes is an average of just over 16 min/day, which works out to more than 30 min 3x/week... a recommended number for people in general (though I think former obese people need to exercise more...).
The point is that even 500 min/month is a great place to start and more than most people get!!!!!!
