As for me, I got in NO exercise yesterday

and broke my exercise streak! I had done some kind of exercise EVERY DAY since May 25th (some days was just 10 min ab and back or 15 min walking the dogs).
I'm not that upset about the streak, as it was never something I was striving for. I just found that it was easier to keep up with my goals if I did something each day and it just went from there. So I am more upset that I am now behind by about a half hour! Luckily, it's early in the month! Ah well.
