  • i finally went to the gym today and i was walking on the track and i went from 18-20ish mintue miles to 16 in about a month woohoo and my performance on the elliptical was umm short... i havnt been on it in a year or so but i'll build back up to 40 min. cant wait for water aerobics, im taking my mom and sister too.

    1048+ 45= 1093

    personally I'm at 90/1000

    Makes me tired just thinking about it...

  • Whoops, 2 people posted at exactly the same time, so one persons minutes aren't being counted...so here:
    blondie728 had 1048 + 45 = 1093, so then celery would be 1093 + 45 = 1138

    Okay, my turn, lol, I got in another 21 minutes of walking tonight!! That's even after my 60 minute walk earlier! YAY!!

    Personal Total: 131 + 21 = 152/310 - 158 left to go!!
    (Me thinks my "sad" goal of 310 minutes might be too low even for me! Yay! )


    Group Total: 1138 + 21 = 1159
  • It was a busy day today .. so I didnt get on the Flyer as much as I wanted to .. only got on it twice today .. but then I did build up a sweat giving the house a good clean (inc scrubbing the floors - darn dog prints from the dirt!! - really need to find my mop!) .. and then I played with the dogs for another 15 minutes ... who would of thought the little darlings would have so much energy ALL THE TIME!! I almost collapsed by the time I finished chasing after them for the ball lol .. so my total today was a happy (and really tiring) 38 minutes!!! Actually ... Im gonna give the flyer another 2 songs ... so make that 44 minutes!!

    Personal Total: 45 + 44 = 99/400 - 301 left to go!!

  • Well, I did get some walking in while I was Sydney, which was great.

    I have 80 mins to add to July if Wyllen is still happy to add them. Sorry they are late.

    I also have a 40 min walk to add for Tuesday. Rested yesterday as I was SO tired after the time away and the exciting few days.
    Today I did 40 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins of laps with the kids and 10 mins walking home from school.

    Personal Goal... 1200 - 110 = 1090 mins left of August's goal of 1200

    Group Total... 1203 + 110 = 1313

    I am going to have to go back and read about our wonderful new exercisers.

  • I walked in the heat last night. It is too hot to walk. Today they said it'll be 100 degrees but should feel more like 113.

    Anyway my tally so far:

    Aug 1 - 40 mins (already counted)
    Aug 2 - 15 mins

    I'm adding Nelie's 15 min. from yesterday as well as my own 10.

  • Okay, yesterday I did 75 minutes at the gym (elliptical and weights) and this morning I walked for 92 mins.

    Personal total: 75 + 92 = 167 (1,133 left to go)

    Group Total: 1,338 + 167 = 1,505

    Well I did so well with my July exercise that I think I will up my goal slightly this month. So my personal goal will be 1000 minutes and that exercise will involve using the Gazelle Rider and walking

    Personal Total : 60 of 1000

    Group Total : 1505 + 60 = 1565

    Well I got in a small walk (just to the library), so I got 11 minutes to add to the total.

    Personal Total: 152 + 11 = 163/310 - 147 minutes to go!


    Group Total: 1565 + 11 = 1576
  • okay did 1 hour water aerobics and 30 min. WATP walk and kick. so, 90 min. total.
    1576+90=1666
  • I have a feeling I am going to be mighty sore tomorrow, but right now it feels so good to have really pushed myself with weights. I did 10 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes of kickboxing stuff, and at least an hour of weights. I got to the gym at 6:15 didn't leave until about 8, but some of that time was spent socializing. That brings my total to 180 minutes.

    The group total is 1,666 + 80 = 1,746

    Today I got 68 minutes of aerobic walking. I was planning to ride my exercise bike tonight but am SO tired it is not even 7 PM and I am going to bed and listen to Internet radio!!
