Sorry to disappear. I was moving and am traveling a lot this week and next. Dangerous for weight loss! I have been stuck @ 171 for 3 weeks. I stopped calorie counting last week, went out to eat socially a few times, and it is showing.
My goal is just to stay @ 171 until I stop traveling, mid-June, by watching what I eat but not being perfect and then recommit to calorie counting and finally getting to the elusive 160s.
