Weighed in this morning, and I am back in the 160s!! Woohoo!! I've got to keep it up; I'm really proud of myself right now
I won't switch to the 160 group quite yet, but I do plan to introduce myself over there.

Birthday is Friday and my Hilfiger dress fits! Yeah, it's a 14 (I have huge boobs lol) but it's totally cute. Can't wait to wear it!

Go Sirius and Turtle !! the 160s thread is so boring without you guys

Im making progress -dropped 1 to get to 168 last week. It isn't great but Im okay with that number since I was dealing with an injury.

Just need to eat clean and stick to my exercise plan (but still need to watch my left leg).

I am still here! Just have not been posting since I really had no news other than now battling the 171-174 range I may have a party when I see 169! (without food of course )

Cosmic - I had an injury to the same knee for a while! It's rough when you can't do the things you want to do.. I found that lots of pilates and yoga helped me, but idk how you feel about that.

Turtle - thanks! I'm pretty psyched.

Had kind of an off day yesterday: put in 5 mi on the bike, but didn't complete the daily challenge (10 min of planking daily for 30 days). I really need to do that today, cuz it'll supposedly take 3" off your waist by the end!

172.4 this morning and got up early to work out! That might have been pushing it though because I feel really tired today

Hello everyone, So I had a NSV yesterday. Hope this isn't TMI. I was taking a bath, and last time I took one, my bottom spread the width of the tub and hit both sides. This time I had at least 3 inches to spare. It made my bath THAT much better. 172 this morning, so the whoosh from a couple days ago seems to have stuck.

171.6 this morning !!! Lower 170s, just crazy. I might have to go and unbin some clothes soon. (I binned up all the clothes that were too small when I started at 186)

I am also ready to get out of the 170s! Been maintaining here for about 6 months, and now am ready to get down to the next level. I have been losing slowly for the past year and a half and took some time to maintain so that my body, habits, and mind could adjust to the lower weight.

I am very much looking forward to dropping some weight before Fall so that I can fit into what is left of my cold weather clothes (I have been living in Miami until recently).

Hey Tiffkuhn, congrats on the maintaining! Thats one of my secret concerns, I will be able to get the weight off, but not keep it off. I hope neither of us is in the 170s very much longer!

I stayed at 171.6 this morning, I have a feeling my body might readjust around that for a few days then keep moving down.

Getting close to my TOM; I've bounced back up a couple pounds to 171 but i'm not worried. My absolutely wonderful boyfriend bought me a little cake and sparkling cider for my birthday last night, and I could barely eat any of it! The diet is sticking! (he was a but disappointed at first, and was cajoling me about it lol)
Hopefully I'll be back to the 160s in a week or so

Hey Sirius, I popped into the 160s yesterday to say Happy Birthday. Can't wait to post there again! Hopefully it won't be too long. I'm up .4 this morning, to 172, but I seem to be sticking to low 170s, I hope we both make it to the other board in the next couple weeks.

Hi everyone, so I went out last night for beer and burger. I had one light beer, and a cheeseburger, and went up to 173.2 this morning. The super annoying thing is the food just didn't melt in my mouth like I thought it would. Total Lose/lose and not in a good way.

Hit 173.0 yesterday, but was back up to 174.2 today. I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday and also had a few beers.
