I made it - today I hit 169, 32 pounds down. Getting close to my halfway mark of 35, and to the obese/overweight divide a couple of pounds after that. Feeling pretty motivated with all these milestones clustered together!

Down to 173... looks like I'm losing about a pound a week. I would like to lose more but I'd have to be more aggressive about calorie counting and restriction to do more and I am not sure I have the mental energy to do more than kind of "watch" what I eat. Being exact about food always foils me.
Have been doing less weight lifting than I would like but am pretty regular on my cardio.
172... slowly creeping down. Have been exercising 3-4x / week, less than I want to be but hey, I'm still fairly consistent. Hopefully I can try to be good this week about food.
I just joined your group. I am finally (after a 6 month plateau!) out of the 180's and into the 170's. I am currently 177.8 (haha). I'm very excited to have finally busted that plateau. I'm going to hang with you all until we can bust through to the 160's!
Hi! Yeah, I'm back in the 170s after a regain. Hopefully it's a quick stay. 170 was my "panic - you need to stop the regain" weight. And I passed it and go to 173 but am back to 171. Fingers crossed it will be gone next week and back to 160s.
It's such an odd "decade." Kind of bleh. The 190s were cool because it was Onederland and then the 180s were good because it felt like I was really making progress after that, but now - I'm so far away from anything else that it's just meh. For me, I need to see 150s (where I was when I started to regain) to feel like I'm going again. I swear this whole thing is so mental because when I started it, I would have LOVED to be in the 170s.
Well, that was a short stay - I hope! I clocked in this morning at 169.6. Does that count? It still "rounds up" and could be a bounce for tomorrow, but I am going to use it as motivation to eat really well today and exercise! I want to stay in the 160s for tomorrow's weigh-in!
I've lost a couple of pounds, moving a little more slowly than I did the first time I did this diet, but that's ok. I should be good for a pound or two a week.
Thanks! 168 today. I'm so motivated to eat well and exercise to keep them!! You'll get there. I remember some of the decades I zoomed through and others seemed to l-i-n-g-e-r until I was ready to scream! I swear I danced on the 200/199 line for what seemed like a lifetime. And then camped at 193. But the beginning 200s went fast and the 180s went fast. It's all a mystery to me. I think there are "weight loss gods" sometimes and we all do these ridiculous things just to appease them hoping to be granted a lower scale reading. lol
Hi all, my name is Amy and I hit the 170's this morning yippee! although I'm still beating myself up for a HUGE weight gain (this time last year I was 145) I am happy that I am back at it. I started out at 185.5. I'm hoping I can keep moving those numbers on the scale in the right direction with good eating and exercise. Hope everyone is having a great day!
