Hello everyone, I didn't read all the posts above me but I'm here to say I've been here before!!
I was at goal of 141 2 summers ago, and slowly gained almost all of it back. I'm somewhere in the 170's, last time I checked I was 175 but I've been afraid of the scale. Its time for a change... I'm tired of being overweight!!
I hope to join you all for a short while, and then move on to the 160s with everyone!!
Hello all! I'm stuck at 180 (thanks to 4 days of yard work and painting in 100+ temps, lol..) but I weighed in at 179 last week.. So here I am!
Looking to not be in the 170's long, although, I'm a very.slow.loser. so I'll be here as long as it takes. In all honesty, though, I'd love to be 170 by 8/25.. so fingers crossed!
I'm Katie. I'm 30. Married, no kids. 3 cats that are mine, and 1 loud dog that belongs to DH. I run & elliptical every day and take Zumba twice a week.

I am at 180 the last time I weighed, so I am officially going to focus here since there is no way I am not losing more.
I am a 32 year old single mom to twin 9 1/2 yr old girls. I have PCOS and insulin resistance, on medications. Using the Couch to 5K program, only in week one. Signed up for a time trial Spartan Race in November at Fenway Park in Boston. Need to kick up everything a whole heap of notches if I want to survive even a measley little time trial.
This is a different scale though, I'm on vacation visiting family. But I think it's pretty accurate because when I first got here it was 5 pounds higher than it is now, after a travel day which almost always makes me retain water for a day or so. And I've been super good on plan and all.
175.5 today... was stalled for 9 days but not perfectly on plan after vacation either. So I was super careful on plan for ONE DAY and boom, I saw a loss. Also saw a friend today who was surprised at how much I've lost since I saw her in early June, so I am prrretttttyyyy much on top of the world today.
Weighed in, FINALLY, at 176.6 this morning. So.. WOO! I wanted to be 175 by my family reunion this weekend and that juuuuust might happen, ... we shall see!
I had a gorgeous baby boy four weeks ago, and I currently weigh in at 178lbs. I'm nursing so I can't concentrate too hard at shifting all these extra pounds, but 1-2lbs a week should be okay.
Yay Kate! And congratulations, Crow... such a sweet time, getting to meet your new baby. I'm down a bit also, 173.5... hoping for 171 soon, that will be the 30 pound mark.
Weighed in at 174 today. Was at 166 six months ago then fell off the wagon for various reasons (sigh), gained an amount of weight I don't know because I was too embarrassed to weigh myself (sigh), and have been working for about a month to lose some weight. Now I'm back to trying to be accountable on the scale.
I was exercising about 3x/week, but now that's up to 4-5x and I'm feeling good about it! I hope I can maintain this routine!
