Skinny, that's awesome, is you boyfriend as tall as you? At your height, I be you are looking fabulous at your weight and lower.

Looks like my tweaks are taking affect - I'm 167 now. More importantly, I've been lifting weights using the NROL methods since 7/30 and looked at my measurements then.

I've lost 47.35 inches in the past year. That's 3.94 feet almost 4 feet!!

So it looks like the ruby gates of the 160s have finally opened their hold. Although they were very squeeky and seemed like they could slam shut at any moment. 169.8 this morning! Not officially moving on yet, but don't hold my spot here

Skinny, that would be an amazing goal then: to be skinnier and taller!

Cosmic - great job, looks like I'm going to be seeing you in the 160s!!

Tiff - I'm sure its water weight, you can't gain that much in a couple days unless you went to a buffet for all three meals

Well 172.2 this morning! Learning just how much water weight is gained with drinks and salty oysters....

Turtle- congrats on seeing 169.8. Psychologically that 7 changing to a 6 is such a boost!

So I've had three days and 1.6 lbs into the 160s. I weighed in at 168.8 yesterday and 168.4 today!. It looks like I'm moving to the other thread. GL ladies, hope to see you there soon

Well i'm definitely well into the 160s, judging by how my clothes are fitting. Had a huge emotional setback last week; my bf and I broke up..because I was trying to tell him i'm pregnant. :/ Please no congrats, as i'm not keeping it. I can't eat solid foods right now, so i'm dropping more weight than I'd like to in this unhealthy fashion. Also, sorry I haven't been updating my weight; I don't have a scale up here in the woods!

hi guys!
I was in the ER this weekend for stomach related problems and was shocked to find I was barely in the 170's, 179 to be exact.
Between my father dying, starting anti-depressant, and starting Graduate school I have gained 35 pounds. Its definitely upsetting to me.
but on a positive note I met with a nutritionist and I have just started Weight Watchers and tracking my food and I am learning so much! I am DETERMINED to be out of this club as soon as possible! does anyone have any free online workouts they recommend? The hardest part for me is trying to motivate to move my body. I figure if I cant leave the house I still need a dynamic good workout!
