So I'm starting to get nervous about reaching goal and maintaining. What's to keep me from gaining it all back? Will I have to be as obsessed as I have been about eating and exercise? This has been a HARD and emotional journey. Lately it has seemed like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but will I always have to be this diligent? I feel like I need a physical and emotional break at the end, but can I afford to do that?
Just thinking out loud.
