I'm new around here and this thread seems like a perfect place to start
I'm not sure how much I weigh right now but it's in the 170's for sure. I estimate it at 176/80kg. I actually planned to start a new healthy life on January 1st, but I had to start early as it resulted in an "All you can eat" December and I was piling on extra weight on my already extra weight. So here I am...with high hopes, determined to get rid of it!
