Hello All! I'm gonna jump in here! I just hit 179 this morning. Like the rest of you I would like my stay on this thread to be very short! I haven't seen the 160's since 2006! Hoping to get there by Halloween!

I'm new around here and this thread seems like a perfect place to start I'm not sure how much I weigh right now but it's in the 170's for sure. I estimate it at 176/80kg. I actually planned to start a new healthy life on January 1st, but I had to start early as it resulted in an "All you can eat" December and I was piling on extra weight on my already extra weight. So here I am...with high hopes, determined to get rid of it!

Hey ... Glad your here ... I usually work in kilos too... But it is nice to convert every now and then.... It's easier to lose a pound than a kilo!!! Slovenia ... Is it pretty cold there at this time of year?

Happy to be IN the 170's!! 177 this morning. I started at about 183-184 in december to 180 january 1st, so it feels good to be under that 180 number!

I'm hovering at about 170 I think .... not absolutely ready to call it 169 just yet ...

I started the new year at 181.4 and weighed in this morning at 176.8

Congrats, fat 2 fabulous! That's wonderful.

I've been hanging out at 173 for about the past month, so while I was happy to see 172.6 this morning, I don't really believe it. I saw it last Friday too and it didn't stick. Le sigh.

Hey ladies, I am just getting back on board after maintaining 180 for many months. I weighed myself this morning and saw 176. YAY it feels good to be back in the 170s but I am very eager to get out of them. I haven't been below 170 since I was like 18. I am looking forward to new lows!

Congrats to those who are so close to leaving the group and I look forward to progressing with those who are just joining or in the middle of the pack.

I'm in at 175 today. I'm hoping to get out of the 170s and back into the 160s soon. I had lost 28 pounds then gained 10 back, so this set of 10 pounds feels like a repeat for me. I've got 8 more to lose before I get back to where I was in November. I've been posting on the alternachicks forum in one long thread (so you can find my story there), but thought I'd chime in here, too.
