Another blah morning stepping on the scale! UGH what is wrong with me? I cant seem to make the scale move in my favor. I have been OP and working my rear off. UGH!
I tried posting yesterday but the site jammed. Anyway, no change for me this week, so I'm off to work out at the gym on the elliptical for as long as I can, it's half an hour walk there, so on top of the gym I will get an hours walking which should burn a calorie or two.
So I weighed myself yesterday, and I'm at 193.4. Which...I mean really...
I have a fantabulous sinus infection, I have like 4 different prescriptions for it, and I KNOW I'm retaining so much water, I'm just going too hope this goes away soon and I can get back on track next week.
Don't sweat it Stella, I'm sure it's just because of the infection. Just take it easy so you can get better! Don't stress yourself out into more water retention Focus on feeling better!
Stella- Ditto on what Mary said. Dont push yourself just focus on getting better Sanna- Thats awesome you can walk to the gym. I cant wait to move to Chicago because theres a gym within walking distance to my bfs.
I have been splitting logs all morning and my arms are killing me. Im getting ready to head out to the fall festival at my nephews school. Me and my sister are working one of the booths so it should be fun. <333
Yeah, there's no stress here. Just a lot of chicken soup, laying in bed and movie watching with the kitty. I'm really prone to these infections, and if I don't take care of them, they linger for months, so I'm not effing around
so, I'm super excited. all this weight from the bad food I had while I was in the hospital with my mom and in huntsville with my bf is coming off quickly. I think I might have set my goal a little bit too high, especially with it taking around a month for me to go from 207 to where I am now, so I'd like to adjust my goal...so I at least have a CHANCE of reaching it. lol

Woohoo! Things are going well! I think I might actually be able to reach my challenge goal. Plus, I'm so excited about being less than half a pound away from the 140s. I haven't seen the 140s since elementary school, this is HUGE for me.

Divine : I think it's a wise choice to revise your goal. It's always better to have a goal you KNOW you can reach, as opposed to one you hope you might reach.. Good luck!
Cara- Yeah my dad bought a log splitter which is basically like a skiing machine that you have to pump handles back and forth with all your body strength. My little brother kept calling me superwoman I was snapping logs so fast lol.
I also realized today that I haven't, uh, gone to the bathroom in quite sometime. I think I remember something about antibiotics screwing with your digestive system (and that makes complete sense, actually now that I think about it) so maybe when I'm done with them, which should be...Wednesday, my body will go back to normal.
I feel better than yesterday (yay) and my apartment is all clean, so I'm going to head out to the movies with a friend this afternoon, then try to do some exercise, provided I can still breathe by then.
Stella- Antibiotics definitely block you up. You might consider getting some milk of magnesia or however you spell it if it starts to get uncomfortable for you. I always make sure whenever I go to walgreens to fill an antibiotics Rx that I grab a bottle if I don't have any at home..lol. Hope you're feeling better soon =D
I'm definitely sick right now, and my good food choices seem to have gone out the window. This morning I had one of those croissantwiches and a medium hash browns from burger king...which are absolutely TERRIBLE for you...and then I had a lean cuisine pizza...and now I'm making cookies ( I already ate one raw, and I'm sure I'll eat more...and they're 4 pts each.)
My weight record. I had a bad week and couldn't do any exercise at the gym. I tried to maintain my diet. The week was stressful because of up and downs for schools stuff. But I am going to get my butt back to the gym now .
Okay. Down to 192.2. Tomorrow is my last day of antibiotics
I know I vowed to work out this morning, but that codeine really knocks you out. I'm going to go for a walk at lunch and then another walk when I get to school later.
