Stella - Thanks so much for sharing that with me! I think I might count calories this week instead of points and see how that works!

Insert 4-letter word of your choice HERE.

I'm up to 186. I know its water retention. I know I know I know. I ate a lot of sodium this weekend. I'm just annoyed. I'm drinking water and tea today and hopefully I'll be able to run tomorrow after my final, and I can get back down to 184 or LOWER. Stupid Panera...

stella- I'm with you... I think I'm retaining water today at 184. Just remember, since we know what it is, we also know that it'll be off today or tomorrow.

pammy- Don't worry about it. If you know you probably won't like the number, I think it's better to wait a couple days to get back to normal and then hop on. Yay for being back on plan!

I sometimes have eating problems on the weekend, usually only on Sunday. Saturday we go out shopping or to visit someone, but Sunday we're usually home most of the day. Home most of the day = easy access to fridge. I didn't overeat yesterday, I just ate before my stomach had a chance to tell me I was hungry. I'm not happy with myself today, but this just gives me ammo for next weekend to try to busy myself to avoid convenience eating.
How was everyone's weekend??

Down to 185.0, so the water retention is *almost gone* - I'm going to try and exercise a lot later to get it completely gone.

I brought my gym stuff with me, so after my final I'm going to hop over to the gym (its like a 20 foot hop) and do Week 2, Day 1 of C25K. We have a company breakfast tomorrow - I have to be 10 miles further from my apartment 45 minutes before I'm usually at work (NOT happy) so I might walk actually run longer than I should on C25K, just to get some extra exercise in.

183.2!!!!

Something I realized - I'm 8 lbs away from being the same weight I was when I graduated high school. That's ridiculous to me.

Congrats Stella!

I'm at my mom's on vacation this week - I work all through Christmas. So this week is a big challenge. Luckily I've gotten some time on the elliptical in. The cheesy garlic bread we had for supper last night - not so much.

stella- Congrats!! What an exciting thing!!

Sorry, I kinda went MIA for a couple days... Work's been crazy.
I've been good with eating and such until last night. I made burritos and I ate well with those, but forgot about the chips/dip I had eaten before dinner. So I probably overdid it about 200cals. It's not a HUGE deal because I had them to spare (I count calories), but I really thought I was finally eating dinner like a normal person and I messed up. So, it's likely just a minor set-back but I'll prolly have to think about it when I eat dinner for the next few days so I don't do it again.

I can't believe it's almost the weekend! How are all of you doing?

183.8 today. Ugh. My stomach's been acting up the past few days, hopefully it will be fine today and I'll be back down tomorrow.

I just really can't wait for the weekend.

Im going to attempt to get back to posting if the site will let me! I cleared all my cache and cookies and it seems to be working better. I have been dying to get on the site and check up on everyone but the moment I get on here it starts acting up and I get so frustrated that I dont want to deal with it. Im having a hard time with my eating this week. I guess since spending Thanksgiving weekend with my bf and eating out EVERY day we were in Disney its a struggle for me to get back on schedule. I havent been totally going over board but I have as far as eating too much of healthy foods. UGH someone please stop me! Oh and I missed you guys!!

stella- Do you know why your stomach's upset? Mine's been acting funny the last couple of days and I seriously don't know why! It's driving me mad.

pammy- Ok, stop it! I understand what you mean, I've been there too- the biggest reason I haven't eaten fast food in months. I thought at first it would be ok if I only did it once in a while, but it just triggers me to eat more. So I have to really just stay away. Have you attempted the scale? Or are you still iffy on how nice it's going to be to you?
