Ahhhhh, I figured out my digital scale is off. It needs a new battery I think. Or it's telling me I weigh in too much hahaha. Sooo, until I figure out how to fix it, I'm stuck with the non-digital scale. I'm adding a pound to what it tells me because non-digital makes me a little leery to trust it.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's adding pounds instead of subtracting them! I wish my digital scale is off, but I know its not.

I ran around 3 airports today (and a medical campus) carrying my luggage with me. I'm going to count that as exercise for the day and call it a night

Also, O'Hare airport has a dinosaur That made me the happiest girl ever (nerd alert).

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, it has been super busy here! I lost .8 pounds the first week but this week I gained 1.6! I get so frustrated bc everytime I start to lose, the next week it jumps back up! I can't think of what else I need to do to get past this plateau I've been stuck on! Maybe this week will be better

Chele- Thats exactly what I did. I have all of them in a mini cd case thingy and I just flipped to one and put it in haha.
Stella- I have only walked around that airport a million times and never seen a dinosaur! Im disappointed haha.
Lulu- Just keep at it. I have the same problem all the time but my body catches up eventually.

Pammy - it was in the B terminal, to the right of the security pass-way thing. I got off of my plane and was like what the...

So depending on which time I weighed myself this morning, I'm either 191.8 or 190.0. I'd really like to believe its the 190.0, since really, I did NOT eat 7000 extra calories over the last 2 days, but we'll see. I've been peeing up a storm today, so I'm thinking there's a lot of water retention, also I've got a little sniffle. I've used my neti-pot, attached myself with airborne and I'm mainlining green tea and chicken soup, so hopefully I can nip whatever this thing is.

Stella - Oh my gosh - I have a layover there on Sunday. I'm totally going to hunt it down!

I'm nervous - not only did TOM start today, but I'm traveling this weekend to eat wedding food. I'm a nervous traveler anyways (like, really, who thought it was such a good idea for a bunch of people to launch themselves 35,000 feet into the air in metal tube?!), and I really don't want to lose the momentum I've been making lately. Hopefully seeing my step-sister (who's been skinny all her life) get married will remind me of how I want to look at my wedding next summer.

so I've been gaining and losing a lot, but I think if I really try to pull myself together, that my goal may still be reachable.

SW: 207.9
CW: 205.3
GW: 187.9

That means I've got a little over 17 lbs left to lose by new years...
and I've got 7 weeks and 4 days left to do it...
so that's a little more then 2 lbs per week...
I THINK I can do it.

and even if I DON'T make my goal, I'd be happy just getting under 200...lol
