Oh man, Im glad I am working Halloween, I think if I did take my little niece I wouldn't be able to keep my hands out of the candy! lol.

Were doing a hayride over here for Halloween and im going with my sister and my nephews and a few of the neighborhood kids so im trying to avoid all candy if possible. I MIGHT give in if someone has a almond joy or mounds (my fav!) but I sure hope I dont

OMG all this talk about candy is going to make me cave in lol. I am craving some fresh bakes banana nut cup cakes with my tea. But I will just stick with the tea.

Still at 171lbs. Long way to 158lbs

I am in for the friday weight in...although gauging by the scale today I dont think I will have a loss from last week. Looks like it will be holding steady(which is a bit of a white lie as I gained and lost 3 lbs since last wednesday.) Had my first essay due for school and reverted back to total student mode, living on chocolate and cans of coke. This it the behaviour that got me very overweight in Uni the first time around. I really need to break the cycle and find a better way to cope.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Good luck weighting in tomorrow everyone.

Waiting impatiently for my friday official weigh in. OMG. ( today I was at 170.2 lbs which is just a tat bit less I am excited). Hopefully by friday it will be just 169 point something. I can hope for that much tomorrow lol. Just 4 ounces will be awesome

Im hoping I dont gain 2lbs over night but we will see what happens! Im only 8lbs away from being NORMAL and I CANT WAIT!!!!!

I didn't quite make my Halloween goal (I don't think I can lose 0.6 pounds by Saturday to make my goal of 152 but we'll see!) but I would love to be 145 by New Years. I don't know if it's possible but that's my goal. I'm at 152.6 right now. Good luck to you all!

Worried about weigh-in tomorrow. Haven't been eating the greatest and calories have been over by a 200ish or so everyday. The cafeteria at the hospital just has such few healthy options. Outside of the salad bar, not a lot. Felt bigger today... we shall see. Hoping for the best.

oops weigh in tomorrow and tonight I made appetizers dinner and dessert for whole family. Might have had a little too much to eat. Well we will see tomorrow.
