yeah, it's just a loss of .2 lbs from last time...but with all the junk I've been eating lately, I couldn't be happier. I REALLY need to get back on track with my eating habits...

I've had 4 TERRIBLE days of eating. Days that went over 3,000 calories. Yesterday I was supposed to get back on track but I caved in after dinner and got McDonalds. So today I need to make a plan to keep me on track, because going up 5 pounds to 149.9 (what I weighed this morning) is NOT acceptable.

Stella - woohoo on the weight going back down!

Civakas - probably a lot of that is water retention It'll go back down in no time.

I got on the scale this morning and im down to 186 but waiting till friday to change my ticker! YAYYYY! Gonna bust my butt today and clean clean clean. Anyone want to help? haha

Ok, I know I'm a few days late to weigh-in, but I seriously couldn't get on here since last thursday or so...

So here we go - I haven't lost anything yet. But I definitely notice that my pants are fitting better (not much, but a little). I've been keeping on track with my running. I started on Thurs Nov 5th, working on tues, thurs, fri every week combined with the elliptical every morning for 20mins. I can actually RUN 20 minutes straight already!!! Which is super exciting! I'm going to start speeding it up until I get to my desired speed, then I will run for longer.
I'm really excited to say that I'm a runner and it's so weird because when I run, it feels SOOO good! I love the feeling I get and how blank my mind goes when I run. I'm really hoping to see a loss on the scale soon... hoping I'll see a whoosh since nothing's moved so far (although I'm not super surprised since I build muscle really easily).
How about all of you? Are you sticking it out and doing everything how you'd like??

I'm doing my best with the schedule I have, I can honestly say that. I'm going to go home (at school now) and relax so I can get up and exercise tomorrow. I realized that I don't have to get up at 430, I can probably get up at 6 now that I live close to work. And I feel all better now, but I'm trying to ease back into exercising. I'm taking cues from my body.

Yesterday was the first day in quite a few that I ate well and under my calorie limit. I pretty much ate light throughout the day and had a huge dinner at about 6:30. I think I'm going to continue this for a few days until my late night cravings go away. I was at 148.4 this morning. =b

civakas - YAY for a good day!! That's so great!

stella - I'm sure you're super excited to see that back under 190 again!

I ran last night and I feel really, really good today. I got up and did my elliptical for 20mins this morning too. I also weighed this morning and saw 190 on the scale - I almost got excited, but being afraid it might be a blip I'll wait until I see it again to record it.

Right, confession time! Apologies for not being on here as much and well done to everyone who has been sticking with in over the last few weeks. I wish I had a decent excuse for the way I have been eating over the last few weeks but I don't. I started back to school about 6 weeks ago and seem to be struggling since then. Exercise is still ok, but not great, but my eating seems to be out of control. It used to be that I just knew what I could or couldn't have and stick with it, but now if I want something, I don't seem to have the will power to say no.

I think part of problem is that I have gotten to a weight where I am comfortable with what I weight but I still have bout 30lbs to loose...grrr.

This is me recommitting to my new years goal. Im currently sitting at 162(up from an all time low of 153 at the end of August, although I think that was a freak accident as I had just come back from a 6 week trip, driving from London to Mongolia, and existed on pot noddles)

My goal was to get to 145 and it still is, I just have to work a bit harder to get to it. Wish me luck please.
