Hey girlies. Looks like everyone's doing pretty good!
Well, after my indulgences at my friend's wedding and all the festivities last weekend, I was ready to start going at it at the start of the week. And of course Monday I got sick!
I had a fever Monday and Tuesday, and my throat has been bothering me ever since. Stuffy nose and coughing as well. So I haven't really exercised at all this week.
Fridays are my normal days off of exercising, so Saturday I'll jump right back in rather than wait until Monday. To top it all off, I've been eating like crap all week, so I stepped on the scale this morning and it looks like I'm holding on to some water weight. But I'll still post my official weight tomorrow when I weigh myself again for the week. It won't be pretty....but I need to stay accountable, right?
I feel like I'll NEVER get out of the 150s! I remember telling myself I would die if I ever got above 150...and now I'm just trying to get in the low 150s. This sucks.
I hope you're all having better luck.
Oh and P.S....my friends posted a couple pictures from the wedding on FB. Let's just say I've been in some HUGE denial
