Sorry, girls, I haven't been posting like I should. I really need to get out of this thread and into the 140s!! Unfortunately I'm still the same weight - 155. But I'm GOING to lose weight and get the heck out of the 150s! I guess maintaining is better than gaining, but not when you have a trip to Puerto Vallarta in a month and a half!
I haven't exercised in probably almost 2 week.
I'm getting back on track today though. I found a really great oatmeal recipe in Oxygen mag - oatmeal, slivered almonds, dates, almond milk, flaxseed and pure maple syrup! SOOO good!
For lunch I had soup and salad. My morning snack I had Activia Lite, and my afternoon snack is a pear and some low-fat swiss cheese! Waiting for me in the crock pot for dinner is Turkey Chili! So excited about the new crock pot...LOL. Workout today is Power Mix on the treadmill and BodyPump.
Let's take another stab at it! Keep pushing girls!
