Congrats to everyone on the losses! I'm thinking once I get out of the 150s I'll reward myself with a mani

So it BETTER happen soon, LOL.
This weekend was HORRIBLE eating-wise. It was kind of a stressful weekend...I don't really wanna get into it, but let's just say my eating was affected GREATLY. But I'm gonna keep chugging along...that's all I can do, right?
Here's today's meal plan. I've had breakfast and my first snack so far.
B- Mini whole wheat bagel w/ 1T natural peanut butter and 2 glasses water.
S- Fiber One bar, Sparkling Blackberry Izze
L- Progresso Lite Chicken and Dumpling soup
S- Hard-boiled egg w/ mustard, 6 Triscuits
D- Stuffed chicken breast and some mixed frozen veggies (I think it's carrots, asparagus, and something else, can't remember).
Then depending how many carbs I have before dinner, I may add 1/2 cup whole wheat brown rice. We shall see. I'm planning to go to the gym for a Boot Camp class. I'm hoping I can get there in time...it's SNOWING here in Minnesota

So we'll see how traffic is. I get off work at 5:30 and the class is at 6. Wish me luck!
