Congrats to everyone on the losses! I'm thinking once I get out of the 150s I'll reward myself with a mani So it BETTER happen soon, LOL.

This weekend was HORRIBLE eating-wise. It was kind of a stressful weekend...I don't really wanna get into it, but let's just say my eating was affected GREATLY. But I'm gonna keep chugging along...that's all I can do, right?

Here's today's meal plan. I've had breakfast and my first snack so far.

B- Mini whole wheat bagel w/ 1T natural peanut butter and 2 glasses water.
S- Fiber One bar, Sparkling Blackberry Izze
L- Progresso Lite Chicken and Dumpling soup
S- Hard-boiled egg w/ mustard, 6 Triscuits
D- Stuffed chicken breast and some mixed frozen veggies (I think it's carrots, asparagus, and something else, can't remember).

Then depending how many carbs I have before dinner, I may add 1/2 cup whole wheat brown rice. We shall see. I'm planning to go to the gym for a Boot Camp class. I'm hoping I can get there in time...it's SNOWING here in Minnesota So we'll see how traffic is. I get off work at 5:30 and the class is at 6. Wish me luck!

Have a great day everyone

Well, I joined Weight Watchers yesterday, and I have my first meeting tonight! Anyone else doing WW or tried it?? I'm really excited...I'm hoping this will give me the kick in the butt I need! Only 4 more weeks until PV, and I at least want to be in the 140s by then!

Here's the plan for today...

B- Oatmeal w/ almond milk, almonds, dates, ground flaxseed and maple syrup; 1/2 can Izze
S- Fiber One Bar
L- Mexican stuffed chicken breast (has green chiles and 1/2oz of monterey jack cheese inside - topped with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and chili powder); mixed veggies (corn, asparagus, and carrots); Mini hersheys bar; Diet A&W
S- 1% cottage cheese (1/2 cup); peaches (1/2 cup)
D- not sure yet - probably leftovers or turkey chili that I'm thawing today

Workout - A cardio workout interval I found in Oxygen's Off the Couch mag

Weight Watchers meeting @ 7! Woo-hoo!!

I'd like to join if I may!

I've been sitting steadily at 159 for a couple weeks now... no loss ! I gained a pound, and then lost it again, but for some reason I can't seem to get lower than 159. I haven't changed anything... guess I'll just keep at it and hope for the best!

Goood luck everyone!

Hello all. Just wanted to pop in real quick. I'm still here. Went to my 2nd weight watchers meeting last night...it's going pretty well! I just don't like weighing in at night. So I just like to go by my weight in the mornings. It's almost that time of month so I'm bloated. I've actually been able to keep my cravings at bay though, which is awesome! Here and there I get some cravings, but I have some good Weight Watchers treats for only a point that satisfy those Hope everyone's doing good...it's a little quiet in here!

Sign me up too!

I've been stuck in the 150s for months! The scale is finally moving again : 154.8 this morning!

I know it's only by 0.2 lbs, but I'm sooooo happy to be in the lower 150s!!! First time since 7th or 8th GRADE!

Hi everyone. Love the idea of this thread! I really need to get out of the 150s...it's definitely my unhealthy weight zone!

Can't wait to "graduate" to the next thread!

LaBonita : yeah, I hate weighing in at night too. Probably because the scale reads about 2-5lbs more than in the morning. Grrrr! Darned weight fluctuations!

On another note, congrats on curbing your cravings! Mister Monthly is heading my way too and, for some reason, I can never control my cravings. Especially for salty chips. I'm fine on fruit and veggies all month and then, first day of TOM, wham! I need chips! Badly! Thankfully, the cravings only last a day or two and then I'm back to normal.

Gosh, took a while to find this thread! Figured I'd bump it up.

Weighed myself this morning (today is the day I weigh in at WW - but I weigh in at night, I just use my morning weight). I'm down to 153.2!!! YES! The 140s are starting to look do-able finally. I've been bouncing back and forth, and I'm finally starting to move in the right direction. Excited for my WW meeting tonight! Have a great day everyone
