I have to admit this challenge was really helping me. So Starting today
Drink 24 oz water minimum daily. (Level 1, 1 pause allowed) Day 0, 1 pause remaining Eat at least 1 vegetable and at least one fruit every day. (Level 1, 1 pause allowed) Stop and think. I'm not sure how I'm going to do this. But I need to stop and think about my goals every time I am going to eat food that may not be healthy or over my calorie balance. Guess I'll just keep a running balance of how many days I do it consecutively. No pauses. Will have to start back at zero. (I need to do this at least twice a day to count it as a successful day.)

Best of luck with your challenges! Resisting the canteen food can be pretty difficult so I think this is going to be a real challenge. Knowing what I bring to college and preparing my own lunch would be a lot better opinion.

Okay, I guess that my last goal was totally unreasonable for me, so I need to think smaller. It was my birthday this week, and I had a bunch of people over for potluck last night, so I'm not doing well this week at all. I need to get back on track. I must start small.
Trom, I read somewhere to make your goals attainable, not too far out of reach. Because when you reach the easier goals, it motivates you to try to reach for higher goals. Good luck.

Still at day zero. I have been babysitting my VERY active 2 yo granddaughter, and I haven't even had time to stop and think it seems like.
