Another early morning at Curves before my hubby had to go to work. At least I got my workout in. Not quite used to working out so early in the morning, though. Yesterday I wasn't able to make time for a workout, so I ended up taking a walk in the evening. It's the best I could do.

Today so far:

skim milk latte -2pts
2pcs no flour raisin toast -2pts

Lily has soccer at noon, so I won't have lunch until after. I'll keep a Pria bar with me in case I can't make it.

Last night I was still really full from my big breakfast so I just had a salad and a 1/2 sandwich. I ended up on point! 20/20pts. I couldn't believe it! My body must really be getting used to eating less if I was still full at the end of the day from something I at around 11am.

Have a great day everyone!

Just finished my lunch. All I want to do is eat when I am around the house all day. I guess my husband should not complain about me being a not so stay at home mom. Looks like it works to my weight loss advantage. Anyway, I have done ok.

Lunch.......

1 piece wasa toast 1/4
1/4C cottage cheese 1/5
2 bread 1/6
2oz ham 1/7
2oz baked chips 2/9

Only problem is I have been trying to fight a UTI here at home with cranberry juice. That stuff is high in calories when you drink a quart a day. Bummer is I think I am going to have to hit the doctor's office. Does not seem to be going away completely. I will go tomorrow if I need to. Don't want to end up with a kidney infection over the weekend.

Morrigan, I hope you check in one more time before you go. I wish you a safe and fun trip. I hope you can relax about your eating and drinking and come back weighing less or at least the same. Look forward to hearing from you when you return.

Just finished up dinner. Oh My Gosh! It was so good!! So, here it goes.....

snack
cheetos 3/12

light beer (don't know why, but had to) 2/14

dinner
talapia 5/19
corn on cob (roasted on grill sprayed with butter) 1/20
salad w/dressing 1/21
potatoes roasted in oven with evoo and spices 2/23.

Yummy! I think it was the best dinner I have made since I started WW. OR, maybe it was just the beer I drank while preparing the meal.

I want dessert later though. I should not. Will be using some extra points tomorrow for a friend's birthday celebration.

Have a good night. --Amy

I am officially signing out. I didn't track yesterday - thought I posted, but I guess I got too busy. I had oatbran cereal for breakfast (3), a healthy salad for lunch (3), and then went downhill at home eating mulitiple tacos (10), 2 glasses of wine (4), some chips (6), some wheat thins (3), and strawberry shortcake (3)

32 point day

Everyone have a great week. I am not sure if I will be out 1 or 2 weeks. It depends on the cost of internet at the hotel in Mexico this week and in Seattle the week after.

Good morning all!! My day has started off pretty pleasant I would say. I LOVE summer!!! I love not waking my daughter up at 6:45 to get her ready for school. She is a sleeper like her dad. My son on the other hand is quite the morning kid (as am I). We ate breakfast together and then ran off tho the gym. Worked out with a different trainer today because my trainer double booked. The trainer today was VERY challenging because he was different. It was great. Got some activity point for sure! I will need them due to the birthday party we are going to tonight.

Breakfast
oatmeal 3/3

Snack
special K bar 2/5.

Scale says I am up one pound. ??? Not real sure why.

Well, I am going to the grocery store now to get salad fixins for tonight. Then, we are off to a water park for an afternoon of fun. Will check in later today or tomorrow. Have a great day!!--Amy

Ok, downward spiral.................

cheetos 3/8 I brought them back from Mexico unopened. It is a family size bag, but I think I need to toss it.

Lunch
WW mac n chees 4/12
hot dog 1/13

subtract 2. The mac n cheese was nasty. I only ate half of it. -2/11. Should be ok for dinner now.

Liz, you are doing so well! Good for you. I on the other hand blew it yesterday. And boy, I feel like doing some eating today.

Went to the adult birthday party last night. Indulged in tortilla chips with seven layer dip. Ate one sloppy joe, about 4 Doritos. A bit of fruit. More seven layer dip (UGH). 3 1/2 Caronas. 1/2 small slice bday cake, and small scoop of ice cream.

Scale this am says up THREE pounds!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow won't go so well for me. My husband wants to go to a fancy restaurant brunch tomorrow. When I made the reservations I asked if they had nutritional information for any of their food. (It's a local place, not a franchise.) They don't. <sigh> They were kind enough to say that they will make every effort to cook things the way I would like, but come on ... I sincerely doubt that they have egg beaters and I don't have the guts to ask them to do anything special just for me when they will be working one of their busiest mornings of the year. So tomorrow I probably won't even count points. A first for me!

Hang in there, Buffalo! Tomorrow is another day! Try again.

Well, the day started out good...went to a graduation, did alright, stayed w/in my pts...just had a small soup spoon size of all things I like, literally 2 bites of each..so I'm sure I stayed w/in my pts....however, on the way home we stopped at my favorite ice cream place, that we only are in my old town for, about twice a summer...ok, so dipped into a few flex...no biggie, right? WRONG....after the party we went to my brothers for what I thought was just a bon fire....another full buffet!!!!!!!!!! I lost it, having a hot dog, some taco salad, pasta salad and dessert!
If I keep on this down hill spiral of despair, I'll never make it into "One-derland"....and ohhh how I want to be there!

We did get a new puppy this past week, not sure I posted that. She's a 6 week old beagle, and we named her Sophie. Hopefully the stress of her will shed a few pounds. My goal was to be 199 by July 4th, eating like today won't help me .......tomorrow starts kick butt mode!!

So so glad to see you gals are still here posting. Morrigan being gone was a worry for me. There was a time there when it was just her and I on here. I miss anyone who falls off here without so much as a bye.

We woke up this am without any sort of schedule or plan. This is a rare occasion at our household. We decided to go swim at my parent's house and grill over there for dinner. My dad is the one with the great garden.

So.....

Breakfast...
1/2 of a pop tart (again) 2
1 lite english muffin 1

lunch 1/2 of a stacked club from Hoggie Yoggie. ?????

Dinner
12 small grilled shrimp
grilled veggies
salad with 1pt dressing

went to Golden Spoon and had yogurt in a waffle cone with mini choc. chips

Just having one of those weeks I guess.

I think I may be weight watchers slowest loser. I have been on the program since the last week of January, and have only lost 22 lbs. Mind you, I lost a lot of weight before then. Anyhow, seems like if I would just be consistent, I could shed the last 30 in 4 or 5 months. But NOOOOOOOOOOo, I have to jack around.

Wow, I think I need to sign off. I am not putting myself in any sort of positive mood. I will check in tomorrow. Good luck with Father's day. Thanks for being here!!! ---Amy
